My life is changed after having my brazilian and underarm treatments from Jennifer. Not having to shave is the biggest relief. Jennifer was extremely thorough and always made sure I was comfortable. What I appreciated most was that she took the time to educate me prior to my service on what to expect, what to and not to do, she gave me realistic expectations, and is excellent about being on time.

On my last appointment at Laser Beauty I waited 37 minutes past the scheduled time of my appointment before I was called back. On two occaisions, people who came in after me were calledback before I was allowed to be called back for my preset appointment. I was told the first person went before me because the equipment had broken down during that client's treatment on the previous day. hmmm...At that point I was told that I was next in line and yet another lady who came in after me was called back next. I informed the lady behind the desk that I had set the time of the appointment so that I would be able to be home to intercept my kids who ride their bikes home from school. Cambry, the lady behind the desk, became enraged at my comment and told me that my room was being cleaned and prepped for the next client (however that room should've been intended for the lady that walked in after me). The attitude of the desk attendant, Cambry, was very combative when I told her I felt they were being unprofessional. At that point, Jennifer (a laser technician), came up and also directed some extremely venomous comments at me, making my visit to Laser Beauty EXTREMELY uncomfortable. After processing all of these events in the parking lot, I also realized that Jennifer was going to be the one doing my treatment. She had completed one of my previous treatments and spent no more than 4 minutes on my entire Brazilian and underarm treatment. I didn't see any results from that treatment and I had requested not to have her serve at the laser tech for any future treatments. After all of this had taken place, I returned inside and asked the desk attendant for her name. Her response was, "I'm with a client." I asked her 3 times before finally it was given to me reluctantly.

This visit was the 6th of 6 total treatments of the same area and was planning on purchasing additional visits to completely treat the areas in question. I definitely plan on finding a much more professional place to complete that service in the future.

100% excellent service and highly recommend. Gita is INCREDIBLE. Friendly, funny, and extremely professional. I have fine, lighter hair and she literally had to use a magnifying glass, but got every tiny hair. Very little discomfort and no marks left. You cannot go wrong with this woman and this establishment!

LBMS is the second place I have been for hair removal. I've tried electrolysis and it was the most painful, barbaric thing I've ever done AND the hair just kept on coming back. The laser has worked wonders, particularly the one that LBMS uses that is virtually painless! The entire staff is very professional and make you very comfortable while getting your "uncomfortable, private" parts. Gida, as well as the other staff, is determined to rid you of your un-wanted hair. Yes, it might be hard to get in for your first visit but after that, it's been smooth sailing. I've also seen the staff deal with some snobby people who come in late and expect to waltz right into their appt and have been told they had to wait or come back. Those people were rude but the office was right in not holding up those who were there on time for their appts. I will NOT go anywhere else for my hair removal!

Gita is an Angel. She makes you feel as if you are the most important person in the world. And she hates hair just as much as I do!! I have struggled with terrible dark, thick, hair everywhere and LBMS has given me hope. It has amazing service, when you go there you can feel the staff is like family. Not only do you feel welcomed, there laser and results are the best I have seen. Thank You!!

Awesome Service!. This was my first visit to LBMS and my best experience at a laser hair removal spa. I have been to one other place in the past and thought the service there was good but after my experience here I would have to say that this place definitely out ranked my previous place. I had Gita as my technician and she was awesome; she was kind, sweet, and funny. I was nervous about going in for my treatment because it was in more of a sensitive area but she took the time to talk through it with me and made sure that I was comfortable the entire time. During my treatment I could tell that she was passionate about her job and that quality and patient satisfaction was very important to her. Unlike other places I didn't feel like I was being rushed through my treatment and that Gita really cared and wanted to make sure that I was getting an optimal treatment and experience. I am glad I was able to find this place (thank you GroupOn!) and I know that I will be pleased with the rest of my treatments and end results. I would definitely recommend this to anyone interested in laser hair removal, first timers (or not), Gita will make you feel at ease and you will be very satisfied with your treatments!

Great Service. OMG!! I have been going to LBMS for a year now and have always been really pleased with my visits. I walked in this week and they were running behind and I decided to wait it out and I am glad I did. Gita was my tech and she is absolutely wonderful. It was the first time I had her and she made sure I understood everything, She is very passionate about what she does and made me very at ease with my procedures. The other girls are great too but Gita goes above and beyond to make you comfortable. She wants you to understand how and why everything works the way it does with laser hair removal. I am hoping I have her again because she is wonderful! So kind and caring. Thank you, Nancy

Very pleased. I was hesitant to consider laser hair removal after hearing from my cousin how painful it was. I had really baad/painful ingrown, course hair and decided I was tired of shaving sensitive parts, so I went ahead and made an appointment with Laser Beauty Medical Spa. My appointment was with Gita, and she was absolutely professional and set me at ease. Having a procedure done on such sensitive areas was a bit off putting but she made it seem commonplace and took all of the awkwardness out of the situation. She was also very easy and fun to talk to. We connected on a personal level. I am on my final treatment coming soon, but I will definitely be going back for another area. I am very pleased and I can assure you, you will be too.

Friendly, Attentive, & Customer Focused. There aren't enough words for me to describe how wonderful my experience was there. Gita, the head technician, saw me today, and she was by far one of the nicest individuals I've had the opportunity to work with. She was both informative and warm, the perfect combination for someone working in this environment. She made me feel so comfortable with the experience by walking me through the process, telling me what to expect during the procedure and after, and clearly had my comfort and safety as a priority the entire time.

During the procedure, she took measures to make sure any discomfort I felt was minimized and was sincerely empathetic throughout. Medical doctors should be required to take notes of her "bed side" manner she was so friendly and precise! When she was finished, she double and triple checked that everything was done to perfection, and truly went above and beyond in her work.

Reading the negative reviews below, I'm shocked, and I find myself wondering if they accidentally posted on the wrong laser spa's page since my experience was so wonderful. I experienced a laser spa that was focused on customer safety and comfort, and I would purchase and recommend their services with joy. I already look forward to the next visit.
