Phenomenal wealth of knowledge and Customer Service!!!!. I initially located 3 Sisters Beauty Supply via an online search for locations near my place of employment that sold Carol’s Daughter. Let me add that I live in Euless near DFW airport and 3 Sisters is in Plano. Needless to say Dillards and Sephora came up as closer in proximity, but I couldn’t be happier with my decision to check out 3 Sisters. Upon arrival, I was promptly greeted by Nikki and all three of her daughters…..major bonus in my book. My daughter is only 10 months old, but her hair has been growing in totally different stages and textures over the last 2 months so I asked for recommendations for moisture retention products for curly haired babies. Nikki recommended 2 products “Ring Around the Curlies Organic Leave in Cre’me” and Carol’s Daughter’s Hair Milk. She provided pros and cons for both products and her accounts were so detailed….I bought both. It’s been almost a month now and I honestly like both products and the end result on my daughter’s hair. The difference for me is the hair milk will keep her hair and scalp moisturized for 8+ hours where the “Ring Around the Curlies leave in Crème” is absorbed within 2 hours.

I can only speak for myself, however my experience with the owner and her kids was an extremely pleasant one and her insight (based on having 3 daughters) to the products sold in her establishment was greatly appreciated. THANK YOU!!!!! I would urge everyone to try the store and its owners out for themselves. I know I’ll be back and I’m hoping I can attend one of the Mommy and Me sessions in the future to learn more about styling products for my little girl and her hair texture.

Rude, Unprofessional and no customer service. I placed an order online. There were multiple price errors on the website but I continued with my order. Upon completion I received an email from Nikki Crawford from 3 Sisters Beauty Supply. Instead of offering an apology, admitting the errors or even correcting them her solution was to cancel my order and refund my credit card. Today I received a coupon and asked to be taken off their mailing list. Instead of removing me from their list as most professional business do she replied again in a rude manner which I have copied below. I will not support this business in the future too much of a hassle.
