What a day at the SALON........... Well, let me start off by saying the store moved to 2525 W. Wheatland Road (in the Target Mall). I've just left the store (GROOMING DEPT) an unhappy customer. I took my yorkie in for the basic pkg (bath, brush & more) w/nail smoothing as add-on & he got a "chopped cut", his nails were as sharp as "knives" AND...to top it off, I dropped him off at 10:15, he was ready around 3 but MONTY, my dog groomer, left for the day without even calling me. Thank goodness for a 2nd shift gentleman giving me a courtesy call at 6. Well, thats enough disappointment for me and MAXWELL, we'll have to find another salon because this was our 2nd bad experience, and we won't be disappointed a 3rd time.
