A neighborhood bar and resto flaunts a chic Manhattan vibe.. Floor-to-ceiling windows treat guests to a grand view of Howell Street happenings--like the Maserati being parked out front--and an airy feel to this Uptown restaurant. Whimsical drapes frame couples on dates who enjoy a menu fit for foodies: truffle soup, grilled Scottish salmon and a plate of chef's pastries. While dinner winds down, groups of stunning young things in short silky dresses file in for the luscious lemontinis with dudes in club style shirts and shiny hair close behind.
