Pampered Perfect!

I used Von Anthony Salon for my pre -wedding pampering. There were 8 of us for hair and make up and it was the most fun ever! Everyone looked and felt beautiful! They pampered us all morning, with beverages and allowing us to bring in food. All of the stylist and makeup artists were AMAZING! I would highly recommend them for any event where you want to have all your girls together, and the salon is gorgeous for photos! I have since been going to Melisa for every appointment, love her, she is amazing. I even had some realy fun tinsel put in my hair, so many people stooped and asked me about them! I recommend Von Anthony salon to everyone.

Came in with pictures

I came to the salon with several pictures and left with nothing close to the hairstyle I wanted. My hair is not even close to what I wanted and way, way too short. I now have toi pay another salon to fix it with extensions and get the style and color that I wanted. A beautiful salon means nothing if you hate the way you look when you leave.

Nice but on the expensive side

This salon is very nice inside and I enjoyed my experience there, but the treatments I received were average yet way over priced. I can get the same quality and service for much less money.

salon not clean; front desk not polite

beautiful interior belies how the stations were not swept up between customers at several stations; wine is offered to all clients but then half-drunk wine glasses stay at the stations long after the previous client had left. While processing, the waiting area is focused around a large screen television blaring various ads for hair product. Was asked loudly at the front desk "how large a tip would I like to leave". There were several other customers also at the desk, and while I left a reasonable tip, this was something I would have preferred to discreetly written on the charge slip.

I will not go back. Cut was reasonable, color was fair. Charge was too high, particularly given how dirty the salon was.

Nice Salon but Too Expensive

This is really a beautiful salon and I enjoyed the professionalism and attentiveness of the staff but it came with a hefty price!

Their prices were far more than anything I have ever paid in Dallas and substantially more than what is stated on their website. I realize their pricing structure starts with their entry level stylists but there was nothing special enough about my highlights to justify the amount of markup I was charged for a more experienced stylist. I was pleased with my highlights but no more than I have ever been with anyone else.

I would definitely suggest to anyone thinking of using this salon to go in for a consultation before committing.
