Relaxing

Massage by Trini was comforting, soothing and relaxing. She was considerate to consider medical conditions and needs, and customize treatment. The facility was clean with an Asian theme... Lots of calming water including fountains and an aquarium. I loved the place and the service.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

I have been trying to get an appointment at this salon with the voucher that I recieved a travel zoo for over three months. The initial appointments that was scheduled was for me, six of my girlfriends. Everything was confirmed and the appointment was set over a month in advance. The week of the appointment I recieved a call stating that they would only be able to take two of us and those two would not be able to come together they would still need to come separately. Each time I have tried to call since I am constantly told that there are no appointments available. They are sorry they sold over 1,000 vouchers on travel zoo so they have been over booked for months. Understandably so. So now I am looking at a voucher that is about to expire in Dec and I have still not been able to get an appointment so my voucher will expire and I will be out $40. I am extremely disapointed.

Finally, something that works!

I've been getting facials since I was 13 years old, starting with E Arden, then Clinique, then Dr Murad. However, I still suffered from acne until I met Connie Varani.Connie is thorough with her research on the best and RIGHT product to use on my skin. Finally, after more than 30 years, my battle with acne is over. I am so happy! Thank you Connie!

You need Fabiola for mani/pedi!!!!

If you go for a mani/pedi you absolutely must have Fabiola. She did wonders for my dry cracked heels, completely cured them!!!! Fabiola worked on my problem areas until they were no longer an issue. She was very detailed and made sure my mani/pedi was absolutely perfect. She ensured I had a great experience and I will definitely go back to her.

Stay away from body wrap

I got severe intestinal dehyration from the infra red body wrap. I lost no inches (in fact gained in my stomach area) and ended up extremely sick for 3 days with dehydration. Basically, all the wrap does is cause you to lose a ton of water. It does not work and it is dangerous to boot. I was hoping to just feel a little slimmer in my clothes for vacation and instead I am frantically getting medical attention for the damage done. My physician was horrified that I was not given instructions to not exercise the day before and day after. In addition, the spa tells you that you replenish all your lost fluids by drinking afterwards. This is not medically sound. It is four days after the wrap and my stomach is still 2 inches larger (while still not able to eat regular meals). I am going to be ok but I hope that someone else avoids my misfortune.
