Sears Home Services - Outrageous Labor Rates. This review is for "Sears Home Services online" repair services:

Ice Maker module replacement.

Outrageous and unjustified labor costs - charged $200 in labor costs for less than 15 min of work (repair took less than 7 min); I filed billing dispute and was told it was denied, however no reasoning was provided. I don't know of any other service company that charges over $800 per hour.

Also, it took over 5 days to secure appointment, rep was 2 hours late (past end of appt time) and then charged outrageous rate.

I have been a long time Sears customer, however this will not be the case going forward. Suggest you consider other providers before calling Sears!
