Good Steamed dumpling – Excellent food and service. The steamed dumpling are excellent. The papaya salad and the Pad Thai dish that I ate there was very tasty. I highly recommend this restaurant.
Thai Food – Pad Thai is my favorite. The coconut mik ice cream is also very tasty, i recommend everybody try it!
Yummie Thai – I really enjoyed my meal today at Thai Cafe! My boyfriend and I split the red snapper with two appetizers- the papaya salad and the tofu satay. The snapper was fried and had a sauce that was sour, a little sweet, and a little spicy (we asked for med spice) with a few veggies and some fried basil (the basil paired great with a bite of the fish smothered in the sauce and added a little extra crispiness)! The papaya salad was flavorful and refreshing and you can get it as spicy as you want. We got medium and I wish it would have been a little hotter- not sure if they toned it down for me bc they didn't think I could handle it? lol. The tofu satay was great and the peanut sauce was good too- not too sweet, but sweet enough with the tofu. The rice could use a little work. It was the only thing in my meal I didn't completely clean. But I'm a little spoiled with good rice. With that being said I would recommend this place :)
My New Favorite Thai Restaurant! – This is the best Thai restaurant I have been to in the Metroplex. If you are ever in Allen to go to the outlets, you should try this place. The food is excellent and as beautiful as the pictures in Thai cookbooks. Try the home-made ice cream in Thai flavors. Your next drive to Allen will be just for this!
Authentic as Promised – I'm in love with Thai Cafe. They serve very authentic & very tasty Thai food. The restaurant is also very nicely decorated with modern yet homey atmosphere. It is definitely one of the best Thai restaurants in DFW area. Every time I stop by the restaurant, I always have Herb Chicken & Cream Cheese wonton for starters. Their Pineapple Fried Rice, Green Curry, Pad Se-ew, Basil Chicken, Pad Thai & their special basil fish are also very yummy. I really can't wait to go back to try some other dishes on their menu!
Thai Cafe Rocks! – We went shopping at the Allen outlet mall and we found this Thai resturant not far from it, hidden in a quiet residential area. The place was very cute, cozy & peaceful. As for the food, I absolutely LOVED everything we ordered! . Cashew Chicken & Pad Thai were my most favorites. The service was also awesome. The owner was a very nice guy - very attentive & personal. I can tell you that Thai Cafe is the best Thai resturant in town. And if you are obsessed with Thai food like I am, you must try Thai Cafe!.
If you want Thai Food the Thai Cafe can not be Beat! – I have had some Thai food from various places, but I have to say the Thai Cafe was fantastic. The food was well prepared, looked fantastic, and best of all tasted awesome. I had the Pad Thai with beef, but I am already looking at heading back and trying the ground chicken basil. The food looks amazing, and tastes even better. Defintely a stop for anyone in the upper metroplex to visit. Plus I hear they do take outs too!
Good Thai food with excellent service! – I loved the pineapple fried rice with chicken. Tom Kha chicken was good. The traditional Thai steak dish with side saude was good. The service was excellent. Casual and friendly dining...a must try if you are up that way.
Best Thai Food in Town!!! – Where to start? The restaurant has a nice, cozy atmosphere. The staff and owner are friendly and attentive. Great food at a great price. For an appetizer I would recommend CREAM CHEESE WONTON, very delicious. Thai Café has the best PAD THAI SHRIMP I’ve ever eaten. I wouldn’t trade anything for their FRIED ICE CREAM it is so GOOD!!!
Definitely worth a stop!
Neat place for thai food~! Love it! – I visit with my wife in two weeks ago. There's no problem to find the place with GPS. It was easy to park and very quite place.
We ordered the spicy shrimp and curry soup. It was great! The shrimp was big & fresh, and had a full of thai taste. The coconut based curry soup is one of best I ever had. And the owner was really gentle and kind enough to explain all of the food menu and help to order.
I am strongly recommend this place! Never disappoint!
