If you think your hour massage session does wonders, try upgrading to a 90 minute session and experience the difference a 1/2 Hour makes.

Fast food massage. If you like Mc Donald's then you will love massage envy. It is the fast food of massages, only at least with fast food the quality is consistent. Working full time with a child proved it difficult to schedule appointments with the same therapist. So I was then left with who was availible. That proved to be a toss up for quality. From bad massages to icy demeanors to chatty Cathy's; who knows what you'll get. This wasn't what I was looking for when I signed up. Also 'buyer beware': they don't inform you when you sign the contract that one of your initials has given permission for auto renewal. Not cool. I was clear about the year. I only wanted the lower member rate for my pregnancy. Of which they kept loosing the paperwork that I was pregnant so each appointment was like the first with info. Not the return scenario I had in mind of being comfortable with a place.

I had a great massage and facial.. Thank you so much for the great massage and facial at the Massage Envy Spa in North Frisco. It was great. I did not have to move to a different room between services. Both my esthetician and massage therapist were wonderful.

It allowed me to have a 2 hour vacation in my crazy week.

I feel very positive about my health and skincare and I know massages and facial help me achieve my personal health goals. Thank you for all you do.

Superior Service!. I've visited Massage Envy Spa at El Dorado & the Tollway a few times and absolutely love it. They always know my name and are very accomodating.

Last time I went I had a massage with a gal named Trini. She knew exactly what pressure I needed and I left feeling so much better!

I would recommend Massage Envy Spa to anyone looking for a good massage.

Facials and Massage together..... Loved It !. I did not realize that you could get a facial and a massage together at Massage Envy. Jo Jo gave me a wonderful facial for my sensitive skin and was pleasantly surprised that they use Murad too! I've used their products for years a would recommend for any skin type. I suggest scheduling your massage after the facial. Either way-great services, helpful / friendly staff, the spa experience minus the time and cost.

Massage Envy Review. I received a gift certificate for massage envy so I decided to try it out. I called to make a same day appointment and the person that answered the phone did not seem as though she knew what was going on. She sounded like a high school girl that was doing this job part time and it was her first day. She had to ask me my name four times and was looking it up in a database and kept asking me if I was this person or that person. It was the first time I had been to massage envy. I ended up scheduling a reflex and swedish massage. The name of the person they scheduled me with changed throughout the conversation.

I went to the studio on time and filled out paper work. The paper work asks questions that lead to them asking you to buy a membership. They then scheduled me with yet another person to do the massage, which was a guy. I am a male too so that really was not what I was expecting and since the first two names they gave me were female that was what I was expecting. Since this was my first time I thought I would try it and just went for the reflex massage. I have had these before at other places and I realize there is some pressure and a little pain involved but the massage was 90% pain. This man seemed like the kind of person that would massage a professional boxer trying to get the knots out, not someone like me. I kept thinking he had a technique but it never seemed to work.

After I was done I gave them my gift card but their main system was down and they were not able to scan it so they said they would do it later.

A $10 massage at the mall was better than this.
