I have been Seung's customer for 5 years. I am in my mid 30's and I've had acne since I was a teen. Seung is the only skincare professional who has been able to help me keep my skin consistently clear.

I have also seen Seung regularly for eyebrow maintenance in the form of waxing and permanent makeup. She is an expert on eyebrow shaping for all eye shapes from all ethnicities. I've had 3 permanent makeup sessions, all with fabulous results and no problems at all. I will continue to see her as long as she serves the Collin & Dallas areas.

I have been a client of Seung's for one year now and I must say that she is an expert when it comes to eyebrows! I have lived in Ireland, Italy, Austria and Germany and I can honestly say that Seung really is the best in the business! The first consulation with her involves an in depth discussion about the shape of your face and then Seung proceeds to mark out the perfect eyebrow for you based on your measurements. And then she literally works her magic! I, like many women, have quite full eyebrows that need constant care. After 15 years of never knowing the correct shape and having many disasters even with professional beauticians, Seung has really given me eyebrows that look great. Seung is an expert at what she does and I can only highly recommend her! Make an appointment today!!!!!!! She's the brow Queen!!!!

LOVED MY FACIAL AND EYEBROW DESIGN!!!!!!!!!!

I have tried many different places and I want to say that I was very pleased to know that Seung is very knowledgeable and very precise. She made me feel very comfortable and reccomended the best facial for my needs. If you re looking for the best you need to come by and see her, you will enjoy any service she has to offer.

Beautiful permanent eyebrows!!! My co-worker got her brows done by Seung 3 years ago; I never even noticed they were tattooed as they look just like real eyebrow hair. One day, when I commented on what great eyebrows she had, she laughed, and confessed that they were tattoos-- I was simply amazed! I live in the forth worth area, but it was SO worth it to drive down here and get my own eyebrows done. She was very detailed with color theory, and my face shape, not to mention that the customer service was divine. She had no problem in making me feel so welcomed and pampered. The final result of the day; no more rushing in the morning to pencil in my eyebrows. I've saved so much time with my eyebrow makeup not washing off in the shower, and the BEST PART: I feel more confident than I've ever been, and I look GREAT! I highly recommend Seung; she is the master permanent makeup artist.

DO NOT TRUST Seung with your eyebrows or skin! She made my eyebrows thin like a line. I even told her in advance that I prefer thick, full eyebrows. She does not listen to customer preferences. She does not measure your eyebrows as her website claims. She drew colored pencil on my eyebrows to show me how much hair would be removed but her colored pencil guidelines were inaccurate and she removed much more hair than the amount she said she was going to remove. I hope my eyebrows grow back!

What is even worse is that I have a noticeable BURN on my skin from where she waxed my eyebrows! It hurts and it's red. The burn is an indentation on my skin. I had to see my dermatologist for medical advice and treatment for the burn. I have an olive skin tone that is prone to pigmentation, and I am hoping that this will not become a permanent scar.

Despite all of this, Seung tried over charging me! I referred to the information and pricing on her website. She said her website is out-dated!

The day after my appointment when I realized that the redness wasn't temporary but an actual burn, I sent her a customer comment email about the negative experience. She called me and actually argued with me about her colored pencil guidelines and how much hair she removed instead of treating me like a customer! She didn't even offer a refund despite the noticeable red burn that hurts on my face.

I am writing this from one female to another to share my experience so you do not have to suffer like I did. Do not trust Seung at Tashi Brow and Skin Studio for your beauty treatments. You will end up looking and feeling worse instead of better.

Permanent makeup genius. Seung is absolutely the best in permanent makeup. She recently did my brows and they look wonderful. She takes the time to study your face shape as well as your coloring to get the most beautiful brow shape for you. She is extremely knowledgeable and will do a great job. I highly recommend her.

Best Eyebrow & Lip Waxing in DFW. Seung is the best esthetician I have found in the state of Texas. I initially went in for an upper lip waxing and ended up consulting her on my eyebrow design as well. As someone with incredibly sensitive skin, I usually leave the salon with embarrassing red stripes across my face. This didn't happen with Seung. She's both gentle and thorough. Whereas other estheticians perform routine waxing services without regard to how the brow shape will suit you, Seung takes the time to analyze your facial structure and design your eyebrows to suit your face shape. And she does all of this in a remarkably short period of time.

In sum, if you live within driving distance of Plano, it is worth the commute to book an appointment with Seung. I live near downtown Dallas and will continue to drive to Plano because she's simply the best.
