Grounds are very nice. Each of the three buildings has a unique area in the middle and they look very nice and are well taken care of.

I have lived at the Gramercy since practically day one when the doors opened and I have yet to have had to complain about any situation, persons on staff or neighbors. Security is always available, management is always very helpful and curtious. Lots of activities for the tenants to engage as well. Being it a new place and all - there were some kinks to work out in the beginning with alams and pipes but you will find this with any new complex or home - it comes with the territory. I would most certainly recommend this wonderful complex to anyone. As far a crime in the area, I do not feel as though it is any worse than any other area AND we have Security & Police Officers very close and attainable, which you don't find most places.

I’ve called Gramercy home for about a year now and just renewed for another year. The location is perfect because it’s close to the major highways, shopping/restaurants, and the dog park. My floorplan is perfect because it is open, spacious, and comfortable. I would definitely recommend living at the Gramercy to anyone looking for nice apartments with good amenities at a fair price! The staff is awesome and always respond to questions/requests quickly.looking for nice apartments with good amenities at a fair price!

I love the modern feel of Gramercy on the Park, and the sensational common areas that allow three similar buildings to have three distinct personalities. The location is also excellent with the ability to get virtually anywhere in the Dallas or North Dallas in a reasonable amount of time due to the two highways. Overall, I recommend the Gramercy to anyone looking for a modern apartment community with excellent staff at a very affordable price. The recent addition of the NorthBark Dog Park is very welcome, as it provides a dynamic and scenic view for those of us lucky enough to face it, as well as providing a great place for you and your dog to get some exercise.

Improved Dramatically. The security was greatly lacking but improved dramatically when they hired the security service and put up cameras.
