I have visited Renew Beauty Med Spa for the past several months getting laser hair removal on various areas of my body. What was to be an embarrassing and uncomfortable experience was actually not so bad. Angela my laser specialist was wonderful putting me at ease, answering all my questions and not rushing but taking time to make me feel very comfortable. I am happy to say my experience was amazing.

I was so pleased, that yesterday my visit was to Nurse Heather. I was wanting to add just a little fullness to my lips, nothing over the top just wanted a consult on if what I wanted was possible. Sure enough Heather fixed me up with just the right amount of filler to make my lips look flattering without looking silly, and placed Botox in the lines I am getting between my eye brows to make me look less stressed. The pricing for Botox is 9.99 for fifty units which is great so I prepaid for future injections. I am so happy Angela is getting me hair free and having Nurse Heather and her magical touch so I look my best.

My next visit will be to the salon. Thanks Renew

I have been a client of Renew Spa for five years. The people who provide the services are awesome, the equipment is the best in the business and the products used are top of the line.

Whitney has always been my esthetician for my facials and laser hair removal needs. She is always professional, caring and knowledgeable about all her services. I look forward to seeing her again and enjoying my facial. She is terrific!

Treena and Amber take great care to give me the best manicure and pedicure ever. They have a wonderful attitude and they are fun to talk with while they are working their butts off. I highly recommend both of them. Try the Shellac manicure. It doesn’t chip for two weeks on me and I can wear any color I want.

Monica does my hair and she has a real gift for choosing the right color for my hair and she goes above and beyond to satisfy me. You can tell she loves what she does and going the extra mile for her client.

BUYER BEWARE!!!! This spa lied to me, never provided the service that I requested and now won't refund my $500. I regret the day I ever walked through their door.

Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone for a mani/pedi.

Despite the fact that I bought a groupon and therefore had a huge discount, I still feel cheated. This place is nice and apparently is mainly for hair because the mani/pedi is horrible.

I bought the pedicure and shellac manicure from groupon, called and tried to set up my appointment. According to the nice young lady that answered, she said that I couldn't get an appointment with my groupon until after the 4th of July so we set it for that weekend after the 4th. I get there and I'm in the appointment book as having my appointment set for the 6th of June. The girl at the front desk was nice enough to honor the groupon (sort of) and sit me for a pedicure but they didnt have anyone available that day to do a manicure for me so I have to go back another day.

The pedicure is you in a small cubicle type room in a chair with a bowl of water to put your feet in. The nail tech went through the motions of what should happen during a pedicure but in the end, no callouses were worked on or dead skin removed. The skin around the toenail was still there and the polish job she did only lasted 4 days before it started coming off.

When I go back for the manicure, I will do an update but I'm not too enthused about it ... Hope for the best.

I would not recommend at all!! I typically read through reviews of locations skeptically but if you are reading this, you have been warned. I got a groupon for a mani/pedi, otherwise I would not have ever gone due to location/price. The service was performed but a very inexperienced nail tech and the appointment(s) lasted 2.5 hours. I could have done a better job at home by myself. The "Spa Pedicure" consisted of sitting in a chair against a moveable wall (that clanged every time it opened) and a bowl of boiling water. She used a pediscrub but didn't do anything to remove calluses. No lotion. She had to have another person come in to do the paint job. The manicure was awful. Period. Long story short, I walked out in tears because I had wasted time and money, and on top of that, needed to go somewhere else and spend more money for a good manicure. It was unorganized and uncleanly (hair, dirt, and dirty cotton balls on the floor). When I checked out, they told me I could keep the groupon voucher and reschedule, I told them I didn't even want to come back after that experience. Do not go here.

I was visiting a friend, who is a regular photofacial client of Renew Beauty. I came along with her, deciding to get a consult on a service to improve my pores. I decided on a mini microdermabrasion and a 3 step Oxygen facial. How delightful. I left with my skin feeling refreshed, smoothed and simply.....I felt great.

The staff were professional, knowledgeable and kind. I found the colours and the music to be welcoming and relaxing.

I booked to have a Brazilian blow out done before I, ...... sadly have to return back to New York (my home).

THANK YOU for a wonderful time and I cant wait to have my blow out done.

Renew Med Spa Reviews. I would say that 99.9% of all the GOOD review on here about Renew Med Spa and Beauty are FAKE, FAKE, FAKE!!!!!!!

sick of waxing...laser hair removal is the cure!. I was so tired of waxing and shaving and so a few weeks ago i decided to finally get a consultation on laser hair removal.

I ended up get a series of 6 after giving it some thought. Now I'm 3 appointments in and really see a vast improvement. My hairs are thinning for sure! Soon enough this unwanted hair will be gone forever!

huge fan! i recommend laser hair at renew beauty spa. I've been a huge fan of Renew Beauty, Laser hair removal, and great deals on Living Social and Groupon.

I always purchases the deals on Living Social and Groupon for Renew Beauty services. That's pretty much the oly way I can afford to get everything done!Since I'm having 4 different areas of my body treated by laser removal, I can give you a worthwhile and accurate review on this specific service and on the experience working with the ladies at the spa.

These ladies are great and work really hard on keeping me comfortable during each appointment. The laser doesn't feel painful, but some areas which are really sensitive can sting a little. I always ask for the numbing cream! It helps! The results are amazing, that's the reason Im trying to get all my areas done. I saw hair growth lessen after 2 sessions. I'm almost done with my upper lip and underarms and just started my legs and bikini area.

Appointments are usually once a month. The girls at the front are always acommodating! The technicians are well trained and have a lot of experience. Anytime I have questions Im able to get in touch via email too! Great cusomter service!

I hIghly recommend this place to all my friends and family!

fantastic deal. Seriously, laser hair removal has changed my life! Takara was my preffered techinician when I was a regular at New Beauty. She was so great to work with and she reallly helped my arms and legs.

I grabbed a fantastic deal on living social laser hair removal. It really was minimal pain to none. I got great result after 2 appointments. I had a total of 6 appointments total.

Even if you aren't too sure about laser removal, definitely, check this palce out and talk to the ladies that work there. I have referred friends and family here.
