I bought a massage with mud facial for my 72 year old grandmother. She loves massages and was thrilled to death. She went to Horizon yesterday, said the massage was wonderful but when she tried to leave, the owner, plus two other persons, badgered her for a $30 tip. She did not have any money on her and was not prepared for that and they surrounded her and told her how awful and cheap she was. The owner, Fred, was loud and verbally abusive saying that because of her, he was going to have to share his tip with the girl as the girls only work for tips. She was in tears. NEVER, NEVER, GO THERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE VERBALLY ABUSED.

Bad Place, Bad people!. 1 star is just because I cannot give anything lower than that. -10 is a low number. There is no sense of professionalism in their behavior of the people at the spa. Expect a cancellation at the last minute like 15 minutes before your appointment when you are almost there. This happened to me not once but twice.You will be talking to either Fred or Shawna, unprofessional and unapologetic people who dont care whether you get good service or not. Save your self the time and money and the headache, go to another spa! Horizon Massage sucks!!

bad experience. i brought a groupon special this was the worst mistake i have ever made the service was bad had to wait 22 minutes after appointment time fred was my therapist it was not a bad massage but just some of the things he said an some of the areas i felt was to close for him to go i did not buy again from him i call groupon an requested a refund they gave it to me but i will never go there again . you do not have to grip a person butt an ask how do that feel unless that is how you get your kicks or maybe u are just old an HORNEY .

BEST MASSAGE EVER. I WENT TO THE ALLEN LOCATION MY THERAPIST WAS LOVIE SHE WAS VERY GOOD .THE MASSAGE HAD JUST THE RIGHT PRESSURE MY BACK FEELS GREAT.

This place and fred are cons. DONT do it, I bought a 70 min massage on groupon before reading reviews. My mistake, this place and fred are a bunch of cons!!!!!! I wanted to change my appointment, He told me that there would be a 25.00 reschedule fee or I can’t use the groupon that i have already bought.. I will be calling groupon as soon as they open to let them know that these guys are cons and to get my 75.00 back. AVOID this scam at all cost.

Excellant Massage!. The attention to detail was amazing! I went with my sister and enjoyed the special offer which was amazing. This will be my new staple!
