They've groomed our lab a handful of times (black labs don't need a lot of attention in that department) but he always comes back looking shiny and smelling pretty.

good job. They have webcams so you can watch your pooch play or just check in to make sure all is well, but more importantly, the staff really seems to get to know each and every animal that is there.
