I really enjoyed our move with Element. My husband and I are retired and recently was moved to Kansas City by Element. We both wanted to be closer to our grandchildren.

I was really impressed with the checklist that told us the best ways to be prepared for a move. We haven't moved in 50 years! Moses was our team leader and did a great job of making sure we had our ducks-in-a-row!

I would recommend them to anyone moving long distance.

I cant thank Element (especially David and Joe) who went WAY beyond the call of duty and help me fix my car when it broke down on the move. We looked at a whole bunch of Dallas movers but Element was like way better... and glad they have equally impressive employees that actually care about my stuff!!!!

I was really impressed with Element Moving and Storage. We just had our 2nd child and needed to move to a larger house. Our closing date kept getting pushed back several times, and Element was very patient in our constant delays.

When it finally came time to move, Element showed up on time and packet our house in just under 2 hours (we have a lot of junk LOL). What was even more impressive was the fact that they took care in packing our items and indeed cared for some of our stuff that we could care less about!

The landing at our new hour couldn't of gone better with Element. They got us unpacked and situated very quickly. We love our (new to us) home in Oak Cliff and was very pleased with the professionalism that Element displayed!

We used Element Moving this past weekend and were very pleased. Arrived on time, very polite and helpful. Our crew was Luis, Chris, Neftaly, Eddy & Marco. All of these guys worked hard and were very patient. Our belongings had been in storage & were not clearly marked. They allowed me to figure out what things were & where they went. It also took them less time than quoted so our costs were reduced! Definitely will use them again & recommend them.

Moving is a very vulnerable time for most people, as it often involves time pressure, significant money and relying on multiple parties which you usually don't know ahead of time. It can be and usually is stressful however Element Moving and Storage represents the best a moving company can offer. They have professional estimators who go out of their way to give you a realistic estimate rather than the competition who low ball their estimates. They set expectations and keep their customers informed. They have friendly, reliable and trustworthy foremen who do a great job of managing the job from start to finish. The crews are regulars who have been trained and receive continual training to minimize the chances of damages. This sets Element Moving and Storage apart from a lot of their competitors who use day laborers. In the rare event that something is damaged, Element Moving and Storage has a Customer Service Manager who personally handles the claim from start to finish. I have personally hired Element Moving and Storage and felt so confident about them that I have referred them to multiple high net-worth clients of mine who have had excellent experiences as well. One client alone has used them at least 5 times. Whenever I need to move next I will call Element Moving and Storage.

We have used Element Moving & Storage before, used them this past weekend and we will use them again!!!! They are the best movers we have ever used and take great care of our property by covering in moving blankets and then shrink wrapping everything. Great protection!! Thank you all for doing such a fantastic job! Highly recommend Element Moving & Storage!

As a single mom having strangers in your home can be well... uncomfortable.... BUT I am so happy to say what a great experience I had! Mike and Jerrod were professional, helpful, and worked their TAIL off...I have to say I will be calling again if I move again... and will let all my friends know what a great job they did! I found that the move with Element Moving & Storage was terrific. We got excellent service from our three movers, Joseph, Chris and I forgot the other man's name. They were very efficient, polite, and such a positive aura (I'm from the 60's) surrounded them that I would gladly recommend them to everyone..This was a very cost contained move as well. Thank you so much!

We were extremely satisfied with our movers; Jose, Chris, and Jorge. They arrived on time and were very professional throughout the entire move. We had items which were being moved to our new place, donated to a local charity, and being placed into storage. The guys quickly coordinated which items were going where and the order in which they would be placed in the truck and delivered to the desired location, and moved them in an efficient manner so that no additional unnecessary charges would be incurred. As the movers charged by the hour, Jose identified when the clock started and stopped. They took care to protect the walls and floors at both our old and new homes, and identified property we owned with preexisting damage before they moved the items. Lastly, all of our property made it to our new place and storage unit in the same condition as it was in before the move. We would recommend Jose, Chris, and Jorge to anyone, and will definitely be using Element Moving's services again.

We recently renovated and moved into our new house. Element packed, stored, and moved our belongings. The entire experience with them was as pleasant as moving can be! Sheila and Jeff, in Element's office, were very patient and accomodating with us as our moving date kept changing due to delays with our project. During the move, Luis and his crew were exceptional. They were very polite and professional and took great care with our things. Luis was constantly asking us if everything was OK and if there was anything else we needed them to do for us. Most movers want to drop your things and get out the door as fast as they can, but Luis wanted to make sure that everything was done right and we were satisfied. I highly recommend using Element - they do a great job at a very fair price.
