It's been quite the experience. first I was told they would be done with construction here at THE LONDON by the 1st of Jan...then it went to MID-FEB...this is MAY 7TH, we are about 80% full and are we are STILL under construction. They work til 7:30 at night on electric saws, Saturdays and Sundays!...I "bought" into the concept of a quiet oasis...it has been anything but that... now let's talk square footage. 1BRs are ONLY about 550 sq ft. there is a reason you will never see a floor plan or square feet, I was told this was 700 sq ft...not even close. I detected mold of which I discovered 4 months after breathing in mold spores, they came and cut it out but it's been 3 WEEKS that my AC doesn't work it was backing up and leaking-have been told every week "they are coming" ???... it's 85 degrees today and I'm sweating at night. price of NEW construction here in Dallas is $1.75/ft with a gym, secure building, secure parking,...this place has NONE of those yet charges you $2/ft for and you have problems every single week...from roaches, to security, things just breaking, to now not enough parking spots( the number of bedrooms here. they still have NO idea how to solve this issue and it will become a MAJOR problem very soon. I've pleaded with management to offer me "something" if they want me to stay..their response we will offer you NOTHING other to let me out of my lease. Be mindful of the $157 fee on top of your rent (for a 1BR)...this is higher than any other building in the area that cover elec/water/trash. PET DEPOSIT is higher than all other buildings including NEW CONSTRUCTION. the upside to this is if you think this will improve and you don't mind paying TOP DOLLAR for a very small apt that is not cookie-cutter, then you may want to consider POWER PROPERTIES. I am not the only one that is tired of this just others don't voice their opinion as I do. You can't say YOU WERE NOT WARNED. good luck!

I have been with power for the last two years and I love it! I first lived at 6011 gaston ave and must say I was sad to leave it. The people were great, young professionals, artsy vibe and a beautiful place to hang my hat each and everyday (which cut my spending because I liked being at home so much).

I just recently moved into their new premiere location, The London. As with all power properties, The London boasts an amazing pool/courtyard with ample lounging areas. The attention to detail, full paint in my unit, drapes, mirrors and chandeliers made it feel like a home before I had even moved in. I cant wait to see what the summer brings!

Im a fan. I like their vision and their assistance when needed. Keep it up Power!

Power Properties is Freakin Awesome!!!! I lived with them for 4 years and in 3 different properties. I lost my job and they were so cool to help me out. I really felt like i belong to a family. I loved my neighbors. I loved my apartment. I loved the neighborhood. Because i had to move out of state, i moved. But as soon as i get back to Dallas, I will definitely lease from those guys again!!

I have been thrilled with my experience at Power Properties. Braden has gone above and beyond to ensure that all of my needs were taken care of. My leasing agent Katie was AMAZING. I am thoroughly pleased with my decision to live in this gorgeous apartment complex. You cannot do any better than Power Properties in Dallas... unique and gorgeous apartments, personalized and genuine service add up to an overall top notch experience. I would recommend them to anyone looking for an apartment in Dallas. Thank you so much to the entire team at Power Properties! You made my living experience there absolutley amazing!!!

These ratings Are complete BS here's why. I was told that i would be fine to move in and that everything was settled by Mr. Craig Powers of Power Properties. When i moved in i found out a month later there was a termite was termites and then my car got vandalized. All the words out of the power brothers mouths was "that's your problem, you probably brought the termites and if you want to leave youll have to pay the lease amount. I could not believe how rude they were to me because i am a paying customer. they later told me that my car being vandalized was my own problem even though it happened on the property. I cannot afford to move and now im stuck dealing with these people

Also, check the Better Business bureau 23 complaints!, and something about braden trying to scam a couple homeowners for over a million dollars. these people are evil i can't wait to move out

leslie. Just moved in love the lake and the property. Move in was a little hectic but was taken care of in a couple of weeks.

Lived in three Power properties. I have lived in three Power Properties over the last 5 years all have been a good experience. Management and Maintenance are the best.

Met many new friends. I really appreciate what Power Properties has done with all of thier smaller quaint buildings. I moved from Chicago in 2009 and am glad I chose to live in the Lakewood area close to downtown

They just don't care about their Tennants.. I rented from them for a bit over a year. To start off, the day I moved in, the apartment was FILTHY. It still needed ALOT of work to be done.

Hey, I really don't want to go over all the GORRY details and relive all the angst, but if you have an choice between these people and another apartment, go with the other. All of thye tennants at my property had complained soo much and nothing had been done. Lots of their long time tennants have left.

I have been renting apartments for over 10 years, and I have never delt with such an unethical and unprofesional leasing comany in my life.
