I don't hesitate to recommend Bud to anyone, no matter what your fitness goals are!

I trained with Bud three months this winter and spring. I had sustained a cycling-related knee injury, and my physical therapist recommended that I find a personal trainer who could help me build core strength as well as equalize strength in my legs. (Turns out my left side is way stronger than my right side.) Working out with Bud was a pleasure. I never knew what he was going to throw at me any given workout, so the workouts had a lot of variety and never got boring. They were really tough, too, very appropriately scaled to my level. Bud has a great sense of humor, and I like to joke around a lot, so we both laughed a lot during training.

I found Bud to be very professional, well informed and mindful of my injuries during workouts. The workouts were challenging but varied enough to remain interesting. He was skilled at strengthening my problem areas without aggravating my injuries.

Bud was also great at filtering out my endless complaining and whining and keeping me focused on my exercises and ultimate goals.

Needless to say I was very impressed. This guy knew everything about me, before I even told him. After the first few sessions I figured out why my previous trainers were a complete waste of my time.

Working out with Bud is amazing. He's the best deal in personal training. We're toward the end of our 30 sessions and I've seen significant improvement in every muscle group. I can't wait to see what my final stats are at the end.

Bud keeps it interesting and switches up the workout every time. He's very aware of what your body can and can't do, and he tailors your routine accordingly.

He always has a great personality when your session starts (which is great considering how grumpy I can be after work... my mood really changes for the better when we work out).

Anyone who's looking for a trainer should see Bud. I'll be recommending him to everyone I know.

I've worked with a few trainers over the years, and Bud is definitely my favorite for a number of reasons:

- His knowledge of anatomy, injury recovery/prevention and training effects is superb.

- He puts together great workouts that are always incorporating something new and challenging. Even without lifting a lot of weight, I always

- I'm probably not alone in having the occasional 'off day'. Bud knows when to push you, and when to take it a bit easier so you don't get injured or burnt out.

- Finally, Bud is a great guy. I really enjoy the couple of hours I spend with him each week, and consider him a friend.

Bud is the best. Very serious about getting you to achieve your personal best while maintaining a fun environment. It's important to enjoy your workouts and Bud makes sure that you have a good time. I lost 10 lbs of fat and gained 5 lbs of muscle while reducing my body fat by 5%. Couldn't of done it without Bud.

nteresting, challenging and fun. Exercise sessions were always interesting, challenging and fun. They were put together seamlessly where there was not a second of wasted time, unless I wasted it by being a wimp ;)

Best Trainer in Dallas. I was extremely overweight. I started working out with Bud a year ago. He's knowledgeable and professional. He made my workouts fun. He always managed to challenge me and still kept things at a level I could handle. I've lost 8 sizes and regained so much mobility and agility. I'm constantly surprised by what I can do now. My husband loves the results and so do my doctors.
