Rusty Wallis has been our dealership of choice for the past 11 years. Jeff Fagen has provided wonderful service and he is the only person my wife trusts with her car - both our previous Jetta and now our new Passat. I had bought 3 trucks from another dealership. I went back for the fourth one just to find out that loyalty doesn't mean anything to them. My experience at rusty was like if I was a lifetime customer from Al my sellsman to both managers that were involved.

Scott Pittenger and Jason Daniels were so helpful in finding me a new car. They are great guys and you dealership made me feel comfortable. I did start out the dealership on Lemon and it just too busy and I just didn't get a good feeling about the place. But I did at your dealership and Scott and Jason are great employees.

I work in customer service for the last 20 years and that is one thing I look for when I go anywhere.

I was shopping for a Volkswagen Jetta via the internet. I called your dealership and was greeted by Scott Pittenger. Mr. Pittenger was very gracious and informative, but his excellent service did not end there. Mr. Pittenger was nice enough to drive the auto I was interested in to me: a good 70+ miles, as I could not b trading a vehicle in you can't imagine how this helped me out.

You truly have a rare and valuable asset in Mr. Pittenger. His attention to customer service has made a lifelong customer out of me and i intend to refer my family friends, and customers to him and your dealership for their auto needs.
