I married into a Toyota family and I have never owned a Honda, neither has my spouse. I was just going to look at cars on Saturday and get a feel of what Honda had to offer. I didn't want to test drive a vehicle until i had looked at all my options. I sat in the CRV and instantly fell in love. All of the features on the base model were very impressive. So...I test drove it and it pretty much sold me; needless to say, I didn't make it to any other dealerships. Rusty Wallis got me into a vehicle for what i could afford, and the service was outstanding.
Naomi is awesome!. Naomi Pradia was so friendly and helpful. She was fairly new - but made the buying experience enjoyable. If she did not know something, she would find out. She seemed genuinely interested in me. I hope to see her again when I pick up my tags!
Painless. Mark was really courteous and friendly. He did everything he could to make this transaction painless....actually all of the guys I dealt with were very nice. Chris and Amir were very knowledgeable in their areas. Chris and Mark even went to trouble of reprogramming my door locks just based on a casual mention that I would prefer that they all open when putting the truck in park....this was above and beyond in my eyes. Honda of McKinney said it couldn't be done. Kirk made my experience so easy and even went out of his way so I didn't have to drive as far and for that I am grateful. The overall experience was very easy and everyone I dealt with was very nice and friendly! This was such a rare experience from previous dealerships I was pleasantly surprised. Rusty Wallis Body Shop. I was in a car accident and needed to have my car fixed. I called several dealers (Honda) and after speaking with them decided to go with Rusty Wallis body shop (collision center). Abraham Medrano is the one that helped me and he was wonderful. My husband and I had a lot of questions and he answered them all to our satisfaction and made us feel at ease. He took care of everything. He talked with our insurance adjuster for things that came up and got the car back to us on time. He called us when it was ready. He was very courteous and showed us everything that was fixed when we picked up the car. It was a very scary and hectic time and it was nice to have someone trustworthy to take care of our car. The person that answered the phones was also courteous. Whenever I called to speak with Abraham, he was available and replied to any e-mails I sent promptly. I have never left reviews before but I felt this experience should be shared and may help someone who has been in an accident and needs their car fixed.
John is attentive.. I used the Net to search for a fuel efficient SUV to replace my 2008 Element. John reached out to me almost immediately. I came in without an appointment and John discussed what I was looking for and took me for a test drive. A few days later I brought my wife in for a test drive and we purchased the Pilot. John did everything a dealer and customer would want (explaining the features and answering questions). Working out the financial details with Adam was a very pleasant experience especially the extended warranty discussion.
Recommended. We have bought several new Hondas from Vandergriff Honda in Arlington and when we dropped our Accord off for service there she wanted to look at a hybrids. They did not have what we wanted to look at. The next day at my job one of my co-workers highly recommended Rusty Wallis Honda. I contacted the salesperson Jim Beeson and explained what we were looking for and was quoted a price. We decided to drive out and look, Mr. Beeson, who was going to be off that day, passed us to Paul Sisk. Mr. Sisk did a great job answering all my wife's questions and had prepared a car for a test drive that meet all her specifications. We bought that car and took possession in about 3 hours...what a pleasant experience! There was no pressure just informative answers. Adam, in financing was also very easy to work with. I will recommend this dealership without reservations.
Painless experience. Jim Beeson was incredibly friendly and easy to work with. He was not pushy or aggressive like the staff at other dealerships we had visited. The process of buying our new Honda Civic was relatively quick and completely painless. I would recommend Rusty Wallis and Jim Beeson to anyone for their new Honda purchase!
Overall good experience. This was our first new car purchase as a couple, and it was much less stressful than we had feared. Adnan and the rest of the RWH team were quite friendly, informative, and worked with us to find a car that met our requirements. We were choosing between a Sonata for the extra features and 10yr/100K mile warranty, Toyota Camry for reliability and safety, and Honda Accord for the reliability and performance. With RWH extending the Honda warranty out to 100K miles and working within our budget, the choice became clear. The only two downsides were 1.) someone bought the color we wanted the day before (oh well), 2.) The Honda Care package seems to be cheaper if you buy it online within the first 6K miles, despite Felton's claim that it had to be added at the time of purchase or not at all. Live and learn. Overall a good car buying experience.
