John Hargis was great throughout the buying process. Very knowledgeable and friendly. He has followed up after the sale just to see how things are going. Have never had a follow up call from any other salesperson when buying a car. We got a good deal and John made this a wonderful buying experience. I will recommend any of my East Texas friends to see John at Rusty Wallace Honda.

The combination of price and service makes Rusty Wallis the go-to dealership for Hondas in DFW. The ability to get a solid quote online and have the car waiting when we arrived spoke to the level of service. The quote itself was more than worth the 35 mile drive. The transaction was easy and there was no attempt to mask any prices, rates, fees, etc

Mr. Lockhart was very professional, knowledgeable, listened to our needs and was able to meet them. We were not in the market for a car, but due to an accident resulting in my car being totalled, I had to find something with a payment I could afford. We received a very nice car with an affordable payment.
