Recently we received a letter from Southwest Kia explaining that now was a great time to upgrade our 2006 Sorento to a new 2012 vehicle. We were skeptical, but last Friday we decided to check it out and see if they would make good on the letter. What ensued was simply the best car buying experience we have EVER had in 28 years of suffering the same-old typical dealership runaround.
