Poor service. Rip off.. If I could give less of a star, I would. They repaired my house and despite having a written agreement on the work, they still did not fulfill the contract. Paint was sprayed all over my roof. They forgot to do work I asked for and bartered doing different work for me, which was also done poorly. In order to stay in the agreed time, they did a HORRIBLE job on my original wood floors. The stain bubbled because of the way they did all the treatment. Frank told me this was my fault for choosing the wrong stain and polyurethane (same brand I had use on the rest of the house with no issue). Then when I called, he told me he had sold the business to someone else but a guy would come sand the floor for me. He sanded the polyurethane but left all the stain. These are just a few of the issues I had. Don't use him. He's pushy and will do a poor job.

Service review. Asked for some caulking to be done and it was done poorly. Kind of sarcastic in tone. In his defense I have heard he has improved and is doing better work.

Outstanding Service!. I was thoroughly impressed with Frank's Handyman Service. He was honest, attentive, and finished the work ahead of schedule. His prices are very reasonable and the work is of high quality. I was extremely skeptical about having strange people in my house when I am away but everything was intact and accounted for. Last thing I must mention is the courtesy of his staff, these guys are super friendly and just say yes sir to everything I asked for! Great company, you will not be disappointed.

BEST EVER!!!!. These guys are amazing. They are courteous, kind, prompt and friendly. They deliver excellence in everything they do. Best of all...they are very affordable. I am not sure why there were negative reviews about this company. I cannot imagine anything less than superior coming from anyone at Frank's Handyman Service. Maybe the customer had some issues of his own, making him impossible to please -- no matter who you are. I highly recommend this company.

DON'T USE THIS GUY.. Dear Tripletsrcool, I went through a worse experience than you could ever possibly imagine with this guy. The service was horrible. The contractor/ Owner (Frank Kay of DENTON COUNTY) was horribly rude and obnoxious. I totally agree with your review and I only hope that people who are reading this review along with any other negative reviews will take the time to listen to their gut feelings and never let this guy in your home.

Very honest and professional --- Highly Recommend. Frank and his guys replaced the flooring and fixed some plumbing problems in my home in Aubrey this week. I could not have asked for a better experience. The house looked great, they finished a day ahead of time, and the final price was much lower than the original bid. I will be referring Frank to all my friends.

USE!. Frank is a VERY GOOD handyman!. He had did a job for me and it looked beautiful. I had no complaints he did everything i had asked him to do right away no questions asked. He showed up on time and was never late and was there when i asked him to be or when he told when he would be there.If you have been loooking for a handyman frank is the BEST. He the handyman you would want to work on your house. Use him!

HE IS THE BEST. i JUST READ THE REVIEW UP TOP AND I HAVE TO SAY THAT THIS SEA COW IS FULL OF IT, THERE ARE JUST SOME PEOPLE YOU CAN NOT PLEASE. FRANK WORKED FOR ME AND DID A BETTER JODB THEN i COULD HAVE ASK FOR. GO TO THE B B B AND LOOK AT HIS RATEING.

DO NOT USE. If you are looking for a good, reliable, reasonable handyman...KEEP ON LOOKING!!! I am renting my home; however, the "landlady" has tried to find a good handyman to fix a few things around here...she has tried this service twice and BOTH times "Frank" failed to show up numerous times: "I need to go get parts"...never came back; "I need to provided an estimate", never came back...I even confronted him when I saw him out in public and he was "coming back out the next day" never came... The LAST straw: I am having family out for Memorial Day weekend, and he was supposed to fix three EASY things...came and did not "fix" but ONE thing and when I called him he was VERY RUDE! However, he did come back out to look at his poor job, then PROMISED to come back "first thing in the morning before family started arriving" and SHOCKINGLY he did not show!!!! AGAIN!!!! PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF YOUR TIME AND DO NOT USE THIS WANNA BE HANDYMAN!!!
