Rocket Garage Door Service

Jury is still out on customer service.... Tom was hired by one of my clients to repair a garage door where the top panel had buckled, rendering the door useless. He did a fantastic job on the actual repair. He was quick, arrived when promised, and completed the job thoroughly and quickly. However, he left the house by securing all of the locks from inside the house and exited through the garage door, thereby locking everyone out of the home. When called upon for a solution, he was more invested in criticizing the locks on the home than fixing his error. He became abusive over the phone. We hired A-1 Locksmith to save the day, and plan to send the bill to Rocket Garage Door Service. I will update this review when we achieve final resolution.…

Outstanding Service. Called Rocket Garage Door Service on Friday 10/7, on a recommendation from a friend that has utilized Rocket before. Talked to Tom, who told me that he would be at my home at 1PM. Tom called me at 12:30 to let me know he was on the way...once at our home Tom explained the problem, and all the safety proceedures concerning our door, and gave us a very fair price. He completed the job that very same visit, which included a complete inspection of our garage door system. We will recommend Rocket Garage Door Service to all our neighbors and friends.

Rocket to the Rescue!. Closing the garage Saturday night and heard the loud snap that turned out to be a broken spring. Called Rocket on Sunday morning, spoke with Tommy, who had questions and offered great information. Told me when he would be there and was. Did a great job of explaining the options and associated costs. Got to work immediately and made short order of the job, all the while educating my son and I on the materials and operation.

Pricing was very fair and work completed timely.

Will definitely recommend to friends.
