Great Massage and Exellent Service. I came to this location after being a member and dropping into what ever location is conveinient for me at that time. After going to this clinic and meeting Joe the manager and the awesome staff, I knew I would only be coming here from now on. My therapist was very knowledgeable and the pain in my neck is gone! She gave me some very helpful tips for in the future and some stretches that I can do myself at home. I could not have asked for a more helpful and gratifying experience. I was blown away!…
Massage Therapy everyone needs..... I scheduled my appointment while running errands and had a wonderful experience from my phone conversation with Joe to getting a massage that offered more than relaxation....my tension headaches that linger during the allergy season went away and I was able to sleep through the night for the first time in months! Great Massage Great Price. I am not that huge of a fan of massages - but pilled something in my back and was having terrible pain. i went to this Massage Envy location and had a wonderful massage - the pain I was having subsided and the therapist gave me some great tips as to how I could help my back if it started to hurt again. The price was also right - I will definetly be back!!!!…

Not all massgae envy branches are created equal. Been in one that was awesome.
Called this location to book a 1 hr massage. At first, she was nice but upon finding out that I was not a member and I was using a gift card it started turning around. I didn't mind at first but when I specifically requested for a female therapist, that blew her off.
Management should look into training their employees 'bout etiquette.…
RIP OFF!. I recently moved to Texas from Florida and was a member of Massage Envy in Florida. When I went to the Craig Ranch location I was told that the price per month was $10 cheaper than what I was paying in Florida. Interesting to find out as I never knew. They instructed me to let my current membership run out and then to start a new one to get the lower price per month. This whole time I had 2 pre-paid massages that I just hadn't had a chance to use during the move. When I recently went to make an appointment I found out that because I let my membership expire, which I was told to do by both the location in Craig Ranch and Florida, I lost my 2 pre-paid massages. I am out $120 and there is nothing they were going to do. I wasn't told by either location that pre-paid massages expired with your membership. What is the point of pre-paying for them and having the ability to use them when you wanted. This place is a rip off!! Be careful if you decide to join.…
