Bad Customer Service. I was shopping in Best Buy for a video game for my son. While I was waiting for him to pick it out I hear an employee yelling at a customer. I am not sure what it was about but I immediately found my son and put back what he wanted. I will not spend my money supporting a store that treats their customers so poorly. We went to Game Stop and were very happy.
