Mixed review.
While I enjoy the massage program, in the four months since I have been a member I have encountered billing problems twice.
First, there was a charge for massage not scheduled, with the staff insisting it was. I had to seek a credit from my credit card company.
Second, there was a duplicate charge for March, which the manager was unable to locate even though it was on my credit card bill. Apparently there are some glitches in their billing methods.
