Bob Willett retired and I purchased the business going on 5 years ago. We repair several thousand sewing and vacuum machines a year. "sue12345678" has been writing bad reveiws everywhere she could after she tried to blackmail me into giving her money back or she would post bad reviews online. She would not bring her sewing machines back for us to verify her complaints so I did not pay her. I'm finding her baloney reviews in several places. For the record the sewing repairman she refers to no longer works for Willetts. Our current repairman is factory certified for the machines he works on and has more than 30-years experience repairing sewing machines.

Regarding bdelta5 Juki, super glue complaint, this and this is the first time I have heard of this issue. bdelta5 never contacted me about this repair. For the record the repairman at that time no longer works for Willetts.

"Fixed" machine with Super Glue. Not recommended.

Took my Juki serger in for a part replacement. Said he could not find a replacement part so his "fix" was to super glue the shield in place. Result: no longer able to use the rolled hem feature.

One star is too high a rating.

Don't Waste your time!. This place is awful. Each employee says a different thing when I dropped off my machines to picking them up. I was told when I dropped off my machines I would get a discount for dropping two off at a time. When I picked it up I mentioned it to the person checking me out and it was like he never heard of that policy. Then I use my machines and they don't work any better than when I dropped them off (unfortantely it was a month later). I was so angry! I found a Bernina dealership and took it there. They were surprised to find cardboard in my foot control...that is how they fixed it...with cardboard!!! And I paid good money for cardboard! Gez...don't waste your time.
