Citysearch Editorial Review.
Self described as low-brow cool, this burger joint in modest Dallas is actually hip for anyone who's hungry. The blue collar to the high society come for the finely ground, flat grilled meat patties served on a toasted bun. Some opt for the Cincinnati-style bologna sandwich that is star cut with mayo, lettuce and tomato. The menu and decor are simple. The only confusion comes with the decision between crisp fries, tater tots or beer battered onion rings. And although it's not designed as a place to linger, some hang around the jukebox with a few cold ones.
