Tips for Jackson, Michael R, Md - Sparks Clinic

Love Dr. Jackson.. front office staff rude!. I have been a patient at Spark's clinic for over 6 years. I have always been very happy with Dr. Jackson and Dr. Sparks. I have from the beginning thought that the front office staff was rude. When you sign in at the front desk there use to be a sign that basically stated" sign in don't bother us we will call your name when we feel up to it." I did notice the sign was down on my current visit but still had to deal with a very unpleasant front office gal. Very rude over my insurance information which caused me to walk out and go to the Helping Hands Clinic across the street. I asked if they had time for a walk in.. Took us right in and took care of our concern.My teenage daughter mentioned to me how nice and friendly the staff was at the clinic in comparison to Spark's Clinic . I explained to her that ALL PEOPLE should be treated with respect no matter of financial or status "labels".. All people should be treated with respect ( this is for you young lady with the sparkle in her nose).. I have referred many new clients to the clinic, sadly I will be taking my family of 5 and future referrals else where.
