Yawn, Okay Food. I just tried out Nick and Sams Grill and it was pretty good, but nothing like the real Nick and Sams.

BAD FOOD, BAD DRINKS, BAD STAFF, BAD SERVICE. We were greeted after a few mins of waiting at the door, by what I assume was the host. I'm not really sure because he had on a soccer shirt, was seated at the bar, watching the world soccer games on the TV. I ordered the pink sangria and the fish sandwich. The drink tasted more like beer instead of the traditional sangria that I was expecting and I ate my sandwich with a fork because the fish and bun were too soft and it kept falling apart. After a few sips of the sangria I advised the waiter that I did not like the drink and requested to get something else. He replied that he could not take the drink back and that he could not replace it with anything. He empathized with me and without taking a moment to let me finish explaining why I did not like the drink - advised that he was going to still have to charge me for the drink.

The waiter went on to 'attempt' to explain that Nick & Sam’s has experienced a lot of customers sending food/drinks back and requesting compensations recently. The waiter told us that because of the increasing number of unhappy customers - nothing was being accepted back to the kitchen or the bar.

When I contacted the general manager, she simply responded “we reserve the right to collect for service rendered.”

DON’T GO! BAD FOOD, BAD DRINKS and BAD service!

Nick & Sam’s knows it … which is why they are not taking anything back!
