Wonderful service! I had just a few problems from another company and these people went above and beyond to ensure I was pleased when they left! The whole experience is exactly what I search for when using a company. Price didn't matter in the end when our limestone floors looked this good.

Heaven Sent Floor Care is by far the best in the business in Dallas TX. For years my husband and I had gone for quick fixes when it came to caring for our travertine floors in the kitchen and dining room. We honestly just didn’t know any better.

My brother suggested we try Heaven Sent Floor Care after seeing the state of our kitchen floor. I’m so glad we took him up on his advice. After the travertine cleaning, our entire kitchen and dining room feels refreshed and the floors look as if they are brand new.

Ken and his team were fast, efficient and extremely professional. It was nice to deal with a team who were knew what they were doing and could provide long term restoration solutions instead of band-aid quick fixes.

The services provide by Heaven Sent Floor Care have been greatly appreciated by my husband and I. We would be happy to recommend Heaven Sent Floor Care to anyone who wants clean travertine floors in Dallas.

Best travertine cleaning and sealing in Dallas!. We are more than pleased with the travertine cleaning and sealing Heaven Sent Floor Care performed for us. Initially I had obtained several estimates for our travertine cleaning and sealing which involved a large part of our home. We met with a few different people. I chose Ken Albrecht because I was impressed with his professionalism, polite written communication over the Internet to how he dealt with me on the phone and in person. They were able to come out and do the travertine cleaning and sealing in one day, which I appreciated because I am a school teacher and I did not want to take time off of work.

Great Stone Restoration Service. We have marble floors in our foyer and sitting room(parlor), and hall on the main floor of our home, but the floors have been difficult to keep looking pristine.

I called Heaven Sent Floor Care and when they came out they were able to tell me why my floors never had that perfect, mirror-quality finish to them. The marble was a bit uneven, which I knew from having cleaned them and never realized that would cause so much problems with the finish.

They leveled off my floors and gave them a Diamond Polish and they look incredible! I've only seen them look this good in real estate pics. Very pleased with the greawt job Ken and his crew did.
