Tips for Inhouse Plumbing Company

July 10, 2012

My experience with Inhouse Plumbing Co. is a little different than most. We had a serious under slab plumbing problem that required reroute solutions for 2 baths and a utility room, essentialy 2/3 of my house. The company came highly recommended and after meeting personally with Shawn and reviewing his proposal there was no question who I would use. When the date was established they were there and completed the job as scheduled (3 days). All staff were professional and made me feel they were as concerned with my house as I was, I was in and out of the job much of the time and felt comfortable leaving them there. I can highly recommend this company to anyone that wants professional work done in a timely fashion. I can honestly say that in all my dealings with the "trades" no one ranks higher.

In House Plumbing is the best company I have ever had to do plumbing. They are fast, reliable, priced very fairly, they are honest, shoot straight, show up on time, I totally trust them and they are highly recommended by me. I am a realtor and I must be able to send someone into a clients home knowing I will not be dispapointed or made to look bad. It is so important to be able to have that peace of mind. The same plumbers show up to my jobs and I know them all by name. That is unusual but it says a lot about the company because if the employees are happy and stay then that means the management is good and then I reap the benefits of it and so do my customers

I have used them several times. Their prices are very reasonable and they show up when they say they will. They did MAJOR drain repair at my old house, and everything got fixed! Sarah-Dallas

I have know Shawn Bucklew for about 4 years from an old church. He taught the Dave Ramsey class and he paid for mine because I could not pay the $125.00 or so. fee. His crew of plumbers have been to my house many times and done excellent work every time. I am always very pleased.

He is a mighty man of God and never knowingly does anything wrong. I would and do recommend him to other people.

This is an amazing company and run by a true Man of God. I have been privileged to know Shawn for a long time and have used the services for all my residental plumbing needs. While mistakes can happen as we are not perfect, Shawn is more than willing to stand behind what he requires from his employees. I have never had a problem with his services or his plumbers. Anyone using this company can really expect the best for the best price. I also have a lot of friends that know the integrity of this company.

Bad Plumbing Company - Bad Experience. My house had a leak under the foundation. I call In-House plumbing, which it was a bad call from me (after what I know now). First they charged me $500 to tell me where they tough the leak was. At first, they said you need to bust the concrete and fix the leak which they charge $1425.00 per leak + $300.00 for excavation & repair per foot. After digging over 3 feet each side of the pipe and busting the wall around where is the plumbing connection and discover there was no leak. I called them and was told if I read the fine print that they don't guarantee anything about the location. If I ask them to come back, I will be charge again to confirm that leak, or if it is somewhere else, I will not be charge. So they came back, and confirmed there is no leak, but told me the leak is somewhere in other location of the house. They didn't apologize for them making a mistake and made me feel bad because I made them come back. I couldn't believe it! Now, I have to pay to dig another hold and pay to close the 1st hold. Please don't trust them...They provide great brochure and makes great promises...but are very short on their promises...so, don't make the same mistake and call some reputable plumbing company.
