best auto shop in dallas fortworth area. they have been woeking on are cars for years now and we alweys happey last time coming dwon from austin my honda brook dwon and i had to take it to a shop there and they told me it need a head jop for1100$ so befor i ok i call pro active and they ask me if they can tow it for me so i agree and the nexet day they look it at the and it was only the water pump for 328$plus 125$ so i came up ok aftar all and i had ny best and truste guys to work on it they may not made too much money of me but they still have me a customer for life

Avoid the Boss and go to a dealership. I'd been going to this garage for many years. Oddly my alternator was replaced every year for 4 years. I just couldn't figure it out, why on earth did the alternator keep on failing me. Mike told me it was my car and that this was a problem with my car.

So the last time it went out, I was sitting in the waiting room when Mike asked me if I would like to wait in his office because it would be a couple of hours before my car would be ready. I accepted.

We got back there and he started making advances towards me. I'd been going there for years and trusted this guy, but then he suddenly slipped his hand up my shirt and undid my bra. I just ran out of that office scared stiff.

He followed me out and realized that he had really messed up. So he said I could take his car and just come back in a couple of hours. I did take his car, it was a BMW. Later I picked up my car and I never went back there.

Of course months later the alternater went out again, so I took it to the dealership and they told me, it wasn't even the right part for my car.

I paid Pro Active $700 x 4 to fix my car. I paid the dealership $1200 ...I haven't had any problems for 4 years.

Another time I was waiting in the shop and this guy came in and was really angry. He said they just did a oil change and he check the oil was dirty. I heard that Mike guy really pretend like it was just an oversight.

Pro Active is very deceptive...and don't let your daughter go there alone, the guy just can't keep it in his pants....I hope his wife read this.

Watch out for Mike the owner. Watch out for the owner. He likes to take women into his office and do the dirty. He tried it with me.

I recommend these folks for quality service and competitive rates.. I have been using ProActive Berlin for several years. They have worked on a Dodge, a Ford, a GMC as well as our cars. Good people down there take care of me and my vehicle.
