Great service. Last summer my a.c went out at my house. I called one hour air conditioning and not only was the man on the phone very friendly but it so happend that one his workers done for the day was able to stop by on his way home to inspect my a.c unit. Needless to say that after he left my home i called the very next day and put in an order to upgrade my new system. Very great service.
Thank You. I was visited two times. The first time the technician spoke to me about what was needed to have my system properly run. Efficiency is very important to our family. He (Ted) gave me 3 different options which ranged in prices. I was unsure and decided to get 2 more quotes from other companies in the area. When I found out how much more other companies were asking for I called One Hour Air Conditioning and Heating back. The appointment was set when I was at work and my new bride was home. The respect he gave her by answering all of her questions in detail was superb. My wife told me that he offered a membership which saved us a few hundred dollars; not to mention the money it will save us in the future. You really do mean what you say. My daughter and I live alone since my husband Jake passed away of throat cancer 6 years ago. We have money but we are also trying to pay off the home and I am trying to retire on just one income. It is scary to have businesses deal with us because they seem so money hungry. We get 3 - 4 quotes and / or opinions before we do business with anyone. So many times we have gotten a technician who claims everything needs to be repaired or that we need an entirely brand new item and then there are those that promise the world and end up making us pay the world.
The technician Ted (such a lovely young man). Wore slippers over his shoes to protect my floors and cleaned up after himself. (Usually I have to clean up after people who try to help). He gave me 3 options of what should be done and told me in detail of what his tests on our unit produced. It turns out all I needed were my ducks cleaned and my filters changed. He is the man I will ask for in any situation with my air conditioning and heating concerns. He did tell me that my unit was older but for now as long as we maintain it regularly---- we will be alright...... So happy. So content. Thank you Ted.
lmgilbert. Great company. Just bought a new home and needed to have my air conditioning looked at. They came out and check it out and told me everything that was wrong. They did the repairs and my air conditioning working like new. I would highly reccommend this company to all my family and friends. If you are looking for a reliable company I would use them.

They have always provided great service.I became a member of their "Gold club" when they were known as Unique Indoor Comfort.Last year after a heavty snow fall I lost all heat. Icalled the company at two in the morning,a repair man was at my door in less than an hour. What other company provides such great service.I'll be a customer of ONE HOUR for life.
Heat wave breakdown - Fixed in 2 hours - Low cost. In mid-August, 2011, at height of record heat wave in Dallas, our AC went out at home in late afternoon. I got home from work late, at 9:00 PM, temperature in house between 90 and 100, called One Hour. They moved us to the top of the wait list because we were on their twice a year system check plan ($17/month). Repairman arrived within an hour, was very nice, very professional, really knew his stuff, diagnosed problem in the dark with a flashlight in about ten minutes (fried capactitor) which he determined was still 5 days within One Hour's one year warranty from earlier service by One Hour last August, and so replaced at minimal cost. AC system was fixed by 11 PM. Total cost $160, fixed in two hours from call to cool air, saved us at least one night's hotel stay and a huge hassle. In my book, this was nothing short of a miracle, both as to speed and cost of repair. Being on the maintenance plan saved us several hundred dollars and having to unexpectedly go to a hotel late at night. They've performed some other repairs at other times, have always done a good job for us, on time, avoided tracking in dirt, cleaned up well after themselves. No complaints, quality work, reasonable charges.
Happy Customer. Have been a customer for about 6 years and have never had a bad experience with our unit or the service. They are always on time, especially today, Joe E 373, had a tough time getting to my house, the roads were shut down due to road construction. But he made it before 1 p.m. Thank you.
Great Customer Service & always on time. I have used One Hour for over 10 years. In fact, I first became a fan when they were Unique. There service is prompt and efficient. They maintain their employees and Robert Tompkins has serviced my unit many times. The fact that they retain employees speaks to the companies integrity. Having the same technician means someone who understands my unit and my concerns. Being a Club member also keeps expenses to a minimum. When something goes wrong, which, thankfully, it seldom does, but when I did have an issue with a Reliant thermostat, they came out quickly, re-installed my old thermostat and I was back in business within hours. Reliant's took days before they even responded to send out a technician. The type of service One Hour provides will maintain my loyalty for many years to come. They and their technicians, like Robert Tompkins, understand customer service. One Hour has earned my, Joanne Dziuba's, loyalty. I expect to be a customer for another ten plus years.
