My daughter and I both went to her salon for haircuts and color. First of all what stylist asks you to pick the color. Most stylists ask you what you want then they recommend the shades. I felt like I was doing the work for her. Then all she did was brag about how good she was and what a great deal she was giving us, oh and mentioned getting a tip frequently. Both of our hair was not colored to our specifications , nor was my hair cut properly. I called her the next day and she acted as if she could care less I will never go back to her again. After spending five hundred and fifty dollars, and turning out with a haircut that looks like I got it cut at Wal -mart, no actually Wal-Mart would be an upgrade. A six year old could have given me a better hair cut. My advice is do not believe anything from her web site. She had a special for new customers color and cut for 99.00. I expected to pay that and then pay additionally for my highlights, but I got in my opinion shafted.

I've been going to Vivien for hair services for almost 2 years. Her services for me, which include coloring, cuts, style, extensions, are top notch professional and creative. I'm very happy that my hair is in good hands.

I first went to her after a very bad haircut from another salon and so I wanted hair extensions for temporary fix. Vivien explained to me in detail the different types and brands of extensions, and what to expect of each. After looking closely at each type of extensions, I went for the top of the line Great Lengths and never looked back xD

I truly don't know why there are negative feedbacks, as I've met some of her regular clients from time to time and they all said they're very happy with her services (that's why we keep going back). So, I guess this tip might help any of the future clients: "if she tells you that certain hair procedures or style won't work for you, or certain extensions' pros and cons, just believe it." I mean, I guess if you insist on something that's not right for you, then of course the results won't be what you first imagined it would be.

I went and saw Vivien for hair extensions about 6 months ago, she convinced me I needed more hair then I actually did and then OVERCHARGED me by 600.00 just for the hair alone, then she told me to trim the ends would be 90.00, and a "partial highlight" was 150.00 The entire time I sat there all she talked about was her "credentials" and how shes the best of the best in Dallas, after my hair was done it looked choppy and horrible!!!!! the color looked awful and I was so disgusted with how she "hustled" me and only cared about money. I left crying because I hated my hair so much and she couldn't have cared less because she made her money. I also wouldn't recommend seeing Vivien because she is WAY too pushy about her hair products. She even lies about how much the costs of them are. NEVER GO TO VIVIEN!!!! She is a snake!

I had previously gone to Vogue for a Keratin hair treatment, however, I went last month for the same treatment and Vivien bleached my hair prior to my treatment because she stated that my hair looked green. Even though that was not what I was there for I allowed her to put the color because she is supposed to know how to assess hair and know what is acceptable for each individual's hair. To make a long story short, after the color she put the keratin and my hair ended with fried ends. My hair had been previously cut so I did not want a haircut. To make matters worst the poor quality moisturizer she put on my hair did the remedy the problem. I had to deal with it myself. After spending a significant amount of money I had to purchase my own hair repair tools to repair the hair problem she created because she wanted to make more money instead of making the customer happy. What I am saying is her work is inconsistent and the outcome can be very detrimental to your hair. You may get lucky and have a good outcome like I did a year ago but that was not the case. Lastly, don't forget, whatever you get you're going to have to live with it because all sales are final. This is the lesson for today. Learn how to do it yourself.

Vivien Lee has been my stylist for several years now. She is creative, keeps up with the latest trends in hair styles, extensions, special occasion hair, and coloring. I would highly recommend trying her, and maybe you will see what I have found out, that Vivien is simply the best sylist in the Frisco area!

Vivien is the best ever at extensions! I love extensions but had to stop wearing them until I met Vivien. She is very professional and precise. She explains every step and makes sure you understand before you say yes to any of her services. I also use Vivien’s services for colors, cuts, and Brazilian Blowouts. With each service she performs, she gives 100% and when it comes to my hair that’s exactly what I want. I’ve told her she can never retire because I will follow her wherever she goes. When you find someone who really takes time and effort with your hair, you stay with them………and that’s just what I plan to do. Without a doubt, Vivien is the best ever!

Vivien Lee is Awesome!. She does a fantastic job on my hair. I have been to several salons in the past 10 years trying to find the right colorist and stylist. She knows exactly how to cut my hair so that it is functional and sexy, when I don't have much time to style, vivien does my hair quick, and The color is amazing. She knows I love to change up the color, and does a great job matching what I want. My hair has never looked better. I drive about 40 miles to her salon one way. Every mile worth it!

Disappointed. I had fusion hair extensions done by Vivian a couple weeks ago and needless to say that I was taken advantage of price was due to my hair emergency. I damaged my hair badly and was flying out for a business day in a couple of days and needed a quick fix to the disaster I created. I did a quick internet search and found Vivien I callled her and explained the issue and she said she could get me in right away which I thought was great. I ended paying thousands for fusion hair extensions to find out later by other professionals that I way over paid for what I got. Lesson learned here that people will take advantage of you in the most inopportune time to make a quick buck. She lost a customer that would have brought her additional customers if she was honest.

Vivien Lee is an expert in Keratin Complex Hair Treatment. My hair in its natural state is curly, dry and frizzy and porous because I dye my hair and highlight it as well. It is time-consuming to style my hair and make it look attractive and professional. I have to roll it and dry it under a hair dryer to soften the curls and then iron it to complete the setting. It looks good until the humidity hits it and than my hair curls up and shrinks and the frizzies make their appearance. That is until Vivien came to the rescue. She has what I call hair intuition. She looked at my hair and suggested the Keratin Complex Treatment. The treatment is painless and easy. My hair looks amazingly soft, shiny and youthful! No frizzies, ever! Styling my hair after I wash it takes 5 minutes! I now can walk my dogs in the morning (even if it's humid) before work and look glamorous, professional and put together. I have time to do fun activities and not worry about humidity or sweating. I have gone 4 days without washing my hair and it looks beautiful. I highly recommend you get the Keratin Treatment with Vivien because of her expertise and excellent results.Give yourself a chance to look and feel beautiful and youthful!

vivien was amazing, saved my hair. Vivien Lee is AMAZING! She is friendly, efficient and always professional. She is the only person that I will allow to touch my hair. She does everything: Brazilian Blowouts, Color, Hair Styling and Hair Extensions, just to name a few. My girlfriends always ask me what is my secret to long, thick, shiny, healthy hair. I refer them all to Vivien.

She gives them advice based on their specific hair type and their particular needs. She has a keen eye for what looks right on you personally. Everyone that I have sent to Vivien has come away happy and satisfied with their look! She truly has a gift when it comes to styling hair. You will leave her chair feeling beautiful!!
