Petty revenge seekers

I would give them zero stars if I could. I took my car in for a minor repair. I was not happy with the quality of the work and took it back the next day to complain and to get my money back. 

While I DID get my money back, the tech who had done the shoddy job vandalized my car while I was inside, arguing over my refund. It was obvious that he took a pair of pliers and broke off the flanges that held my tail light socket in the tail light housing, (the flanges were pretty butch, they woudn't break off just from rough handling), and my light bulbs and cover to my hatch light are now missing. I seriously doubt that they coincidentally "just fell out" while the tech was "examining" the workmanship about which I was complaining. 

DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS SHOP! God only knows what else their devious little minds might devise in the way of revenge against unhappy customers!

A very good find!!

Been there for my 3rd time with different vehicles and very satisfied with every service requested. BMW, Honda, Harley serviced with great care and customer service. Prompt, courteous service and not nickled and dimed. Highly recomended!!
