PERFECT. My salesman was excellent. I told him what I wanted and he found the car and kept the price I wanted. I loved not having to look at every car on your lot. The car was ME!!!! And I love it!!!! From past experiences, I always pick something that is more than I want to spend. Can

An Overwhelming Experience. I would like to share my experience with you and let you know I was overwhelmed with the excellence of customer service I received at Toyota of Irving. John Clay and Haus (Manager) were truly awesome in the customer service I was given. Never have I been so welcomed and served in a car dealership, and I have bought many, many cars in my life time. From the moment of parking my vehicle in the customer parking area to the moment we closed the deal and I walked out the door - John was by my side taking care of every need I had and every need he thought I would have.

More than excellent!. My sales person did a MORE THAN EXCELLENT JOB with my experience. I don't even have the words to describe how amazing they did! All of them, every single one of the persons that I went through for every department, they all did phenomenal!!! I loved that office and I will brag to everyone about how awesome toyota of irving is. My experience were great, love my new car, thanks for all the help so much!

Dedicated customer!. It is refreshing to have my vehicle serviced at Toyota of Irving. I always feel well informed and that this service department can take care of me. They typically give you a range of options in addition to total replacement of a broken part. One other Toyota service department I have dealt with was certainly not so helpful with an extremely expensive repair. Toyota of Irving is where I will continue to get service for the Toyota trucks I use.
