This place is great. Everyone is super cool and extremely talented. If you're going to get inked, you'll know immediately when you walk into a place and talk to the artists how you feel about the shop. I guarantee you'll be sold on the Hold Fast crew when you check it out. I've only had a few experiences in tattoo shops but this place is by far the best.

good at what they do. This was my first tattoo and I was a little nervous and not sure how exactly I wanted my tattoo to look. Johannes drew something up for me and explained to me the design and how he framed it. It looked awesome so I let him tat me up. He was professional and chill and experienced. The tattoo came out great and he went on to explain thoroughly how to take care of it. If I was staying in Dallas I would definitely go back for any more tattoos.

HoldFast Tattoos-Great service, amazing artist, reasonable pricing.. I went to HoldFast to get my first tattoo, and was extremely pleased. I had been to other tattoo parlors around downtown, and they were overcharging and very rude. HoldFast was the first place to actually make me feel wanted and comfortable. Jeff Brown was my artist, and he did a spectacular job. I highly recommend HoldFast, I'll be going there for the rest of my body art.

Best Tattoos. Me and my fiance both went there to get our first tattoos and were so pleased with the place and the people, that we decided to get our second tattoos there also. I have recommended the place to PLENTY of people and will continue to do so. Caleb was the artist to do both of my tattoos and I wouldn't go to anyone else after him. I also got my nosed pierced there the second time and Nate is the best. It is not like every other place that does what they need to do and send you on your way, these people actually communicate with you and make sure you are okay every step of the way. I give them two thumbs up and recommended them to anyone who is not only looking for a CLEAN place to get a great tat done, but also wants to make sure that they aren't getting stuck with some punk with a needle.

the only place i'll go for tattoos. I got my first tattoo there done by jeff brown. I recommended him to a few people, and eventually 5 of them got thier first tattoos there as well, and no one has had a bad experience. Everyone is really nice, patient and willing to make you happy. not to mention everyone there are excellent artists.

the only complaint I have is when i've gone there to get jewelry for my piercings. 2 out of 3 times it was not a good experience (fake metal one time that turned my ears to mush, and one time the girl getting my jewelry was just lazy and didn't want to help me) but i've known a few people that have gotten pierced there and they didn't have any negative experiences. (basically, i'm sure you're safe to go there to get pierced, but go somewhere else to get your jewelry)

First Time. Got my first tattoo at Hold Fast; it was a long process (3.5 hours) and George was great from the start. Answered any questions I had and made sure I was comfortable and well taken care of from the time I stepped in the door. Thanks guys, if I ever get another tattoo I know it'll be here. Highly Recommended
