Dallas >Lowe's National
Unless you have time to KILL don't bother. I have shopped at this store many times. Most of the time, it is always the same. The place is swarming with associates, but none of them want to help you with anything. Recently, I had Lowe's come to measure a room for blinds. Once they measured the room, I couldn't get anyone in this store to make a correct order so that I could get my blinds installed. Each time I went, I spent over an hour waiting for someone to help me. After my third trip to the store, I just gave up and went to Home Depot! When I told the associates that I was leaving because I couldn't seem to be helped, they didn't seem to care. I called the corporate office, too. They took down my information, but no one called me back within 24 hours, as they promised. I don't know what is going on at Lowe's! They are really not worthy of even ONE star, but I have to put in a star in order to post. My advice: Don't waste your time!
