I nave a very great service person in Mike. In fact if mike is not available I am reluctant to speak with anyone else unless its urgent and I do get very good service. I have other VW dealers much closer to my home (one within 7 miles in McKinney) but your dealership offers by far the best customer service and prices and that along with staff is what keeps me coming back.

I bought my VW CC from Rusty Wallis and it's a hassle every time. I called Lewisville VW and it was hassle free to pull in and pull. I knew my cost upfront. No hidden fees or costs.

The moment I pulled into the service area with my vehicle, Dwayne came out immediately and helped me out. He was extremely helpful and have nice. Great service. He explained to me exactly what would be done and that I would be reached as soon as the service was complete. He also let me know about the next check I would have at 20,000 miles. The only issue I had was when I came back to pick up my car at the cashier area. There were 3 employees behind the desk in which all saw me standing there but continued with whatever they were doing. They didn't acknowledge me at all. Two mean were on the computer doing something and an old lady was doing paperwork it seemed like and like she was frustrated or something. 4 minutes after standing there, she said "your here to pick up your car?" I said yes ma'am and she did my paperwork and I believe Sonny brought my car around. He was very nice as well. Dwayne and Sonny made the visit pleasant and well the cashie r lady could use some improvement. Thanks!
