Very satisfied and happy with SHINE MY HOME Cleaning and Handy Man Services! I used them to paint/polish my patio floors and to clean my house floors (carpet, tile and wood). The technician did an amazing job on re-coating the concrete floor of my patio. I should post a picture for it. This is my first time seeing this type of work. Abslutely marvelouse! Everyone see it asks me about it. I LOVE IT. Thank you Shine my home for excellent service and affordable prices. Will recommend you to all.

They are just fabulous. I was very happy with their work. The owner was very nice, explained what he was doing, to clean my carpet. And now my carpet looks new. My neighbor recommends him to me and he did an excellent job. Thank you......SHINE MY HOME DALLAS Carpet Cleaning.

I was very pleased with the quality of work they performed on my carpet to remove stains that I didn't think would even come out. To my surprise the carpet looked like new after they were done. THE BEST SERVICE AND PRICE!. I've been using this company for about 2 years now. I like their professionalism and reliability, not to mention their very affordable prices and the warranty! Last year they did excellent DRY cleaning for all my carpet and rugs, they also cleaned my ceramic tiles in the kitchen and dining areas. This weekend they cleaned air ducts in my house, and they were very knowlegable, nice, and punctual! I highly recommend them in DFW area. Thank you 'SHINE MY HOME' for all you've done for us. AAA+++ services.

The Worst. What a complete waste of my time.

Paid $200 upfront for a Groupon - they would never answer my calls.

Someone finally sent me an e-mail to schedule an appointment the next day (Saturday) and I cancelled longstanding plans to be there then they didn't show up or even call.

Waited several more weeks with no contact, then let Groupon try to contact them for a week.

Finally got a refund.

Don't waste your time or money!

A joke. This cleaning service is a joke.

I bought through Groupon also. I had to keep calling to schedule, after about the 3 day of calling Multiple times I got someone. I scheduled for someone to come @ 8am on the morning they were suppose to be there a young lady called me @ 7:58 saying she would not be there and to call the service to tell them she could not come. She then continued to tell me that she has never been to the office or trained and that someone comes by and drop off cleaning supplies and so on. I called the office for 2 days trying to reach someone, when I finally did the lady on the phone told me she was new and she had no idea that the person did not show up. I was done then and am asking for a refund from Groupon.

I am only giving a star because i cant put 0.

Undependable and Unreachable. Bought a groupon for this company. Company was virtually unreachable for over a week. Left MULTIPLE voicemails and couldn't get a call back. They finally called me back and I scheduled all 3 cleanings. Today, they no showed the first appointment and was unreachable YET AGAIN. All I could get was a busy signal for over an hour. There were 440 of these groupons sold. I feel sorry for the rest of the people. I called groupon today and had them refund my money. Avoid this sham company at all costs. They obviously aren't equipped to handle business.

WORST SERVICE EVER. Just like the other reviews, I wish I could rate them less than 1 star. I called several times and finally got through to someone to make an appointment. Well, the cleaning person showed up and the work that was done was terrible. I paid for a 2 hour cleaning service and all she was able to do was clean the floors on my 1st floor, clean my half bath, and one full bath. She did not even clean the upstairs. What she got done in 2 hrs I could have done myself in 30 minutes. I have been trying to call back to complain. No one will return my messages. I also emailed with no response. I have been trying to call again and now it says the voicemail is full.

You CANNOT get anyone to call you back. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They have no idea what customer service is and there is no follow through.

TERRIBLE. I didn't want to give the one star. There should be a choice for NO star or minus a star.

They were available to take my reservation for a carpet cleaning, but that was it. I had to call and confirm the night before to which I got a call back saying they had me on their schedule for the next day.

So my husband and I MOVED three rooms of furniture. Our couch was standing vertical in our kitchen and my dresser was in the bathroom (you get the idea). Then we waited...on a Saturday. Our appt was from 10-12pm.

I called about 11:00 to ask for an ETA and got an answering machine. I called at 11:45 irritated and got the answering machine. My husband called at 12:15 angry...answering machine. They NEVER SHOWED UP, never called.

You can imagine our frustration because our house had been turned Topsy turvy on our one day off that week. It's Monday and they still HAVE NOT CALLED.

This was a groupon purchase and I've contacted them to let them know they need to remove these people from their deals.

I can not express this enough....DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

What's up with this company?. I cannot even give them one star! Not even a half of a star!! But it says we have to give them something....A month ago I bought a cleaning pkg for myself for my birthday. I am a single mom of two children, one having physical disabilities. So I thought I'd treat myself to some much needed help. I've called, left mags, left emails, and nothing. After calling group on to inquire about this, they said they'd contact the company. Still no call. So I called again, and their new msg after hearing that the mailbox was full...is they had technical issues &would call back. Blah blah. I'm getting my money back and I would highly suggest for people to listen to these red flags getting posted all over their sight. These reviews are honestly here for a reason. They obviously cannot handle any amount of work load outside their minimal basics. My gut says if you cannot handle the phone, them you can't handle the job. Don't think I would want them in my house now.
