Wonderful. Everything was as described! Jack was very helpful and made buying a new car easy.
Inquired about a car on the internet and came in to look at it. Talked to a nice gentleman named Stephen who turned me over to Brent. Brent took me on a test drive and explained everything about the car to me. When we got back we made a deal in short order with no pressure and I'm very sastified.
The salesman was very prompt and
courteous. Greeted me right off. Made me feel welcome. Showed me the car and told me all about it. Went over the cost.
The Finance department was another story. I believe the man’s name was Tim. He tried to put a guilt trip on me for not buying the extended warranty. I bought the Hyundai for the warranty. Would not like to do business with him again. I drove 170 miles to get this car. I was with the appx. 15 mins. I was with Tim for more than an hour. I did not expect it to take that long to get the car. I had all financing made I thought before I got there. I am enjoying my car very much. Rides nice. Lots of things on the car that I did not know that I was getting.

We had a very good experience. Jack Adrian is an awesome salesman that is true to his word. We stopped by Randall Noe several months ago to look at Sonatas. Mr. Adrian assisted us. He was not pushy, he was very informative and helpful. We explained that we weren't ready to purchase, but that we would notify him when we were ready. He never contacted us. He did just what we asked of him. When were ready, we called and he quickly returned calls and texts and was readily available when we showed up. Pushy salesmen quickly lose my business. I am more than pleased with jack Adrian.
It was basically good. However I found an error in the paperwork. The downpayment I was making was incorrect so some paperwork had to be redone. It took a bit longer than I would have like, but the people I worked with were great.
Everyone was very nice and informative. The dealership was massive and well kept. The only thing i didn't care for was the loud radio at the front of the sales department.
Couldn't ask for a better sales associate than Sephton. He is warm and unpretentious, sincere and extremely helpful in all areas. He is an asset to your company. However, we had to wait 5 days to get the car with the features we desired. That's not a big problem except that we were told by the manager that we'd have it the next day. That bred distrust about our purchase and could have been avoided by telling us it might be several days
We CAME IN FOR OBTAINING A VEHICLE WITH BETTER GAS MILEAGE AND LESS MONTHLY PAYMENT. WE WERE PLEASED WITH OUTCOME.
