I was treated with respect. The sales personnel and Kurt in Finance presented me with options but did not pressure me. They were honest and did not play the various games that other dealers have tried in the past. I had been prepared to have to be assertive to receive what was promised and not be short changed but I was pleased to find that there was no need for such actions.

I will highly recommend your dealership and these personnel.

It was an all-around good experience. Nick was an absolute pleasure to work with. If you go to Randall Noe for a Ford (and you should), you should definitely ask for Nick. The salespeople were very helpful, there was no pressure, and they made me a great deal on my new Flex! I will DEFINITELY be coming back to Randall Noe for my next Ford!

We stopped by to just look at the Veloster. Olivia was very friendly and helpful. I ended up buying a Sonata Hybrid. The staff were all very helpful from the first person that greeted us to the last. Thank you Randall Noe for making purchasing a car easy.
