My name is Terry Stuart and I'm the
owner of C & R Sales and Repairing, Inc. I would like to respond to Trisha O. comment and bashing of my company. All Trane warranty claims are submitted to Trane with customer's model and serial numbers on the equipment. Based on the information Trane conveys warranty status to us. This info is also available to the customer from Trane. Our diagnostics was a rusted out evaporator coil. It could be patched or replaced. So we quoted a replacement. I do not believe in patch jobs. I have been in business since 1968 and it is NOT due to ripping people off. And for someone to call me a liar and unchristian guy and a total rip-off and post this without as much as a phone call or email to see if maybe Trane or my company could have made a mistake. Who is unchristian here?
P.S. There are the type of people a honest business has to deal with.
This place told us we needed a new coil
for our Trane unit, and said that it wasn't covered under warranty.
Thankfully, an amazing Christian guy came & told us that we didn't need a new coil AT ALL, and if we did-- it was, in fact, covered under warranty.
We are thanking God that we didn't use this place that attempted to lie and totally rip us off.
