Teriffic cutomer service. I am very satisfied with the way they treated me. They were very professional, kind, and gave me a much lower price to make me a new ignition key then all the other companies I called.

Rude!. I contacted this company based on the many positive reviews and was appalled at the rudeness of the person who answered the phone. I was inquiring about having locks changed on a rental property and was interrupted before I could even finish my first sentence, then told that even if I paid over the phone they wouldn't go out there unless I was there personally. I started to ask if I could have our property manager meet the technician since I was not in town and he actually hung up on me! I would NEVER do business with this locksmith based on the utter lack of basic manners I experienced.

Very professional and affordable. I own some rental properties in Dallas and whenever a tennant moves out I always have the locks re-keyed. This company showed up ontime and had a great a technician who showed me what needed to be done. The provide great locksmith services for great prices and I will call them again next time I need locksmith services. The best in the city.

New locks for my new doors. I needed new locks for my new doors and found this company on the internet. I decided to use them because I saw all the good reviews about them. Everyone was right. They are an excellent company and they don't rip their customers off.

A good locksmith. Such a good locksmith. He was really nice and he did a wonderful job installing window locks for me. He charged me pennies, I am glad I chose this company.

Honest people. I called them at 3 am when I locked my keys in my car. Despite the time the man they sent showed up fast and did not try to take advantage of me when it came to the price. He he opened the door like it was nothing. I give the locksmith 5 stars.

I like this company. My mailbox was jammed one day and I couldn't get in it so when my mail lady recommended me to them i called right away i was happy they they came the same day and i was glad that it didn't cost me so much. They even gave me advice on next time if my mail box got jammed again on other ways i can pop it opened.

Window locks for cheap. I had them put in window locks for me for extra security. There locksmith did the job fast and he did it for the same price they qouted me, which was a very low one. Thank you Expert Locksmith.
