Monarch Dental Saved the Day For Me!. ★★★★★ Monarch saved me!

Two years after Dr Davis installed upper and lower partials, I had an emergency situation (one of my lower-front real teeth came out, leaving an unsightly gap...and I am a singer/entertainer by profession).

Dr Andrew Davis got me scheduled in immediately, and he fixed it for me. He came up with a great treatment plan. He extracted 2 additional front teeth, and had new porcelain replacements augmented onto the already existing lower partial. The end result is that everything NOW looks even better. Dr Davis did his best to keep me from having to cancel any performance engagements. He also helped to figure out the least expensive way to get me to smiling again.

Dr Davis is an excellent dentist, and a class act all the way. Highly recommended!!

DO YOU ENJOY HAVING TEETH? THEN KEEP LOOKING.. Went because Monarch is covered by my dental health plan, and I had minor pain in a bicuspid.

The 'dentist' reports I have cavities in quite possibly all my molars. I return for fillings, and the guy drills the center of each and every molar for several hours. I now have the thin walls of my original teeth filled with deeply convex pits of smooth enamel that are temperature and texture sensitive in ways I've never experienced before.

I wasn't afraid of the dentist... until now.

Hope you'll never pick this place. Guarantee you'll be ripped off. No pre-treatment consultation. Even if you're there for a particular treatment, they'll add one after another during the treatment without consulting you. The middle aged lady accountant there is incredibly arrogant and does not care whether or not the patient understands what treatment is needed and how much it costs, shows you estimate that always ends up balancing more than $100. Billing is always Wrong. If you do not want to deal with their unprofessional services, Don't go to any of the Monarch Dental. You'll rarely find any single good remarks about the place.

Great First Visit. I felt very taken care in this office. The exam was thorough and complete. Any problems with my teeth were explained. The dentist and hygienist were very happy to answer any of my questions. Even though the cost of a my cleaning was more than I had expected it to be, I understood the reasons why. The differences between a regular cleaning and deep cleaner were made clear to me. I would recommend this office to any of my friends.

Run away! Do not go here!. They would NOT allow me to just get my damn teeth cleaned! they added all this extra stuff in that I couldn't afford. Then they put me on a "treatment plan" which would have cost me well over 2000$ dollars! All I needed was a cleaning! I felt like I was being scammed as soon as I got in the dentist chair. slimeballs. They take you in this "consultation room" and tell you all this BS stuff you "need" to get done right away. Its a crock. Take it from me and all these other reviews. I give these people NEGATIVE stars

hang on to your wallet.... Better yet, get another dentist! Total scam artists. You will not get a checkup and cleaning, no matter how many times you ask for it...you will get told your teeth are falling apart and need 100s of dollars' worth of work. And btw, I get biannual dental cleanings and know I have GREAT teeth...just happened to be new in town and ended up where my dental HMO sent me. Awful, dirty, unpleasant, AND I had to wait for 2 hours for all this. Never again!! Run away from Monarch!

Money Hungry. These doctors are not there to serve you. They're there to eat as much money out of you as they can! Do not go if you want decent care! For one consultation, (I paid my co pay required) and I found out that they took a minimum of $900 from my insurance company and aren't satisfied and are trying to bill me for more. I went and got a second consultation from another doctor, and they charged me 1/4 of what was charged here. This is ridiculous!

unprofesional. These people are the most money hungry car sales man like doctors. Their doctor Cox spent 5 minutes checking my teeth. Then their hygenist Mary measures my gum loss and told me that I needed a deeper cleaning and it was because i am not brushing enough! She was herself was a nasty person. She smelled like cigaret and dogs urine. it was disgusting. Hey i have 2 dogs myself and a foster dog now. i don't let myself go like that. Besides their hygenist Mary smelled like alkohol vodcka. i just couldn't believe that they have those people to work fro them. the doctor had this white coate on with bloodstain real disgusting. i would never go back there. never...

Terrible Customer Service. I made it through two appointments with them before I quit. My exam went well but when I came for folowup with the hygienist they scheduled me half an hour earlier for nothing. They simply didn't read my chart to see that I had already had an exam. When it came time for my ortho consult, I waited an HOUR before finally giving up due to the fact that I was hungry and I was missing work to enjoy the "comfort" of their waiting room. They tried to give me excuses but it was pointless. Save yourself the time, patience and brain cells and find a private dentist instead of a chain.
