My husband went there to change the
power steering pump and the first visit they change it. Second week that they change the pump it still the same.So my husband called the manager Mike to let them know that we are not happy of the service they put and it is still on the warranty, manager Mike says to come back and they will change it to a new pump.
Long behold, the 11am appointment goes to 130 pm appointment which if without our friend that is a cop showed up the problem didn't get fixed(although the technician says it will be done in 10 minutes and that's after our friend showed up.).What a crooked business!!
On top of that, they will tell you to repair this and repair that!!!The first visit, they told my husband to replace the rod and they give a quote of $600+ but my husband declined it.The following visit, they recommend it again but this time the $600+ jumped to $1400+.What?????
My husband told me that when he was there he saw this old guy spent $700+ for a tire something that supposedly it is just a minor repair!!!!
This people are not honest at all. They take advantage of people that they thought they can get their hands on....I am not going there again for repair!!!
Very Trustworthy. I have been taking all three of my family cars to this shop for over a couple of years. Mark the store manager is great!!! The sales staff are friendly and not pushy. Very hard to find a shop with staff you trust, when you find one like this you have to tell everyone. Con Artists???? HA! Couldnt be further from the truth.
friendly staff!. had my truck in and out very quickly! didn't try to sell me anything extra! friendly staff. pretty clean for being a shop.
Con Artists. We took our car to the shop for a battery test, and the mechanics were trying to convince us to make $700 in repairs by the time we left. First of all, they tried to make us pay an exorbitant amount for a new car battery. When we declined and left to get a new battery on our own, they attempted to convince us that our brakes were in such bad shape that we were a road hazard and that our engine would die within weeks if we did not fix an oil leak. They even put the car on the lift and removed our brake pads without us knowing and then brought us to the car to demonstrate how our brakes were metal on metal. Thankfully, they put the brake pads back before we took the car, and a trusted mechanic told us that the brakes were in good shape. I am not a confrontational person, but I called them to ensure them that we nor anyone else we know will ever be using their business again. Please find a trusted car repair shop and avoid this Firestone if at all possible.
