This was my 3rd ZAZA stay and the 3rd time I ended up changing plans and ended up cutting out some activity. I traveled in order to stay in and enjoy the room and wonderful service. Yes ZaZa is THAT great!! I look forward to many more stays.

I failed to get the name of the young lady that checked me in but she provided stellar service. The parking valets are amongst the best I have ever dealt with. I was particularly impressed this morning, the valet was returning with my personal coffee cup which he had just rinsed out. There was a cold bottle of water waiting in my car as well. Good stuff folks!

AMAZING!! We had such a great time at ZaZa. The staffs were extremely friendly and exceeded expectations. Best hotel I have ever stayed in!

Dallas is a leisure yearly trip for me. Was semi tempted to cancel due to weather but a weekend at the ZaZa was primary motivator in deciding to go thru with the trip. Brought by bff the last two stays and he LOVES the ZaZa also.

We live in Dallas and probably wouldn't be inclined to stay often at ZaZa but will certainly recommend it to friends when they come to visit Dallas!

We celebrated our 24th wedding anniversary this weekend. Upon arrival, we learned that you upgraded our room to one of the Mag 7. After we arrived, we received a bottle of champagne and strawberries. Needless to say, we've had a great stay and appreciate your thoughtfulness and recognition of our loyalty to your hotel (we've been here numerous times). So, great hotel with exceptional service. Very relaxing and enjoyable weekend.
