Brian is super quick and professional! Very reasonably priced and helped make copy of keys for me. I called him early in the morning and he was at my place within a few hours (2 hour earlier than projected actually). Highly recommend

Brian fixed the lock to my French doors leading to the deck. They never worked right since they were installed, the hinges had to be replaced as they got bent since the lock was always difficult to lock and you had to jiggle or lift the door to lock it.

After the spindle broke on the lock handle and I could not get out onto the deck, I called this company today and he came over at the designated time and spent quite awhile diagnosing why it was difficult to lock. (This has been done numerous times, including re-hanging the door and was never solved.).

Brian determined that the door lock to the second door was not closing right (top of door) and fixed it. He also replaced the broken spindle so the lock handle would work on the first door, as well as making some adjustments to the locking mechanism. For the first time now, it is easy to lock the door and all works GREAT. Brian is also a nice guy, very knowledgeable and exceptionally professional.

Call them for the service and yall wont regret ;-)

Such a great experience. I second everyone else who has pointed out the thoughtfulness, punctuality, and amazing service they got by calling to these guys. I didn't expect to have an outstanding experience with a locksmith, but this was truly one of the best customer service experiences I've had.I called rather late in the afternoon, requested a re-key and installation of a chain on my door .He was perfectly on time, did the re-key quickly and with no muss or fuss, and actually went to the hardware store to buy a chain, as all his suppliers were closed between the time I called and asked him to show up.

Called Plano tx Locksmiths at 8pm to get our house rekeyed and Tim answered, scheduled me at the same day .Sean came to do the job.. every 5 star review here in citysearch that made me chose them very professional! couldn't ask for more ! service ,workmanship and quality is excellent, before sean left, he made sure to let us know that they warranty their work and to give them a call if anything! highly recommended! if you're still looking for a locksmith don't waste your time and just hire these guys

I've used this company in the past, and I used them again. They are still impressive. I needed a rental property re-keyed, and the locksmith said he could meet me in 20 minutes. It only took him 25 min to rekey 8 deadbolt locks in my rental house. For their speed and quality, this is the company I will always use.

I was needed to have my truck re-keyed when the ignition cylinder failed. The tech arrived exactly when they said they would, they were pleasant and professional while performing the repair. They clearly explained and showed me what had happened, and why. I would highly recommend their service, and will keep their number for any future needs.
