We had our Christmas party almost every year, and it was always pleasant , but this year it we had horrible experience , we reserved 4 lanes and supposedly our time ran out we got our lanes shut down before we even finished one game , it was goug to be over 200.00 dollars for another hour , so we left , I felt horrible because we ended paying 700.00 dollars and we dint get to finish one game :( very very disappointed !!!!!!

What a disappointment. Horrific customer service, from the waiters to the managers. 2-hour wait for a lane. The reservation "department" closes at 4pm, and you can't reserve a lane the same day? The manager we dealt with - LEE - WAS UNBELIEVABLY ARROGANT, RUDE AND UNHELPFUL. Lee was terrible to my entire party, when we were there for a bday party and prepared to spend a lot of money. We will never go back. Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else to bowl.

HORRIBLE PLACE & DISAPPOINMENT!. Total DISAPPOINTMENT!!! We booked a private room for our kids birthday party and asked for a few things to be in place when we came the day of (like the arrangement of tables, certain food, etc.). EVERYTHING was completely ignored, and the service was HORRIBLE. We had to beg for them to come and help us. We couldn't even get water or even napkins for our guests. HIGH PRICE, NO SERVICE! Will never recommend!

Fun Atmosphere. great place to have a party or a school function or fundraiser. Very helpful in planning events. I would recommend this place!

Big Disappointment. We went with a group needing 2 lanes, and were told the wait would be an hour. While waiting, we had to hunt down a waiter to get a menu to order drinks. After an hour, there were 4 open lanes and we still had not been paged. We had to go ask for a lane again and the staff said "oh yeah, I guess we can put you there." Once on the lane, no one came around to take drink orders, so we had to go to the bar. Each game was over $7 and shoes were $4.50, and after all the waiting, we were done after one game. The checkout process (which should have been done by the waiter we never saw), took a long time at the counter. We won't be going back and can't wait until Lucky Strike opens in Dallas!!

Not impressed. We had high hope for this place but we were let down. it is over priced and a place that we would go back to. the arcade is TO small and half the games didnt work. 300 was a waste of time and money.

Bowling with an Edge. My husband and I had been wanting to try out 300 since they opened. Saturday night we finally made that happen. It is a nice atmosphere. I do have to say the food that we tried was pretty good. We had the BBQ sliders and the trio of fries. I loved the sweet potato ones and he loved the regular ones. They had a nice seasoning on them. There are tables right next to the lanes so your food can be delivered right to you at the lanes which was nice. We only had to wait about 5 minutes for a lane. They had told us an hour to two on the wait when we arrived. They had football games playing on the big screen alternating with music videos. I would really like to see them have more of a variety of music videos. It was a bit too urban for our taste. If they could play some 80s, 90s and music from today that would make it a bit better. I did think it was expensive. We bowled 3 games and for the games and the shoe rentals it was $51 and then add in the food and drinks and our night ended up costing us around $100. It was fun and we'll probably go back again but at that cost it will be a treat every once and a while. The staff was certainly attentive.

Editorial Review. Upscale, modern bowling alley also features billiards. Party area is equipped with six private lanes.

Friendly Service, Delicious Food and Drinks, But Not for the Price Sensitive. I came on a date one night, after getting bored with the usual bar scene, and fighting the kiddies for lanes at Main Event. Can I just say "WOW!" - what a great time! I think I was a little shocked at the end of the night with my ticket, but it was well worth the money spent. Comparatively I would have spent more at any other restaurant in the Addison/N Dallas Tollway area, but you get the added entertainment along with it. Food averages abour $8 a plate, each game was $7 and shoes were $4.50 on the Friday we went.

The staff is super friendly, and the manager on duty even came by to check on us. There were clear, huge screens showing whatever big game was on that night. Very clean facility overall. I am curious to find out what's in the Club 300 area to the right, my server told me it's a good place to have private parties and get togethers.

We will definitely return for another night out, maybe next time with friends; I saw they do have party planners for groups of 10 or more so we may even look into having a birthday party there soon.
